Taliban offensive of 2021 and collapse of Afghan government.

I found a very good video documenting the adventure of Lord Miles:
>Rimmy and his ARMA group running OPSEC on Mile's interpreter's name that he mentioned, possibly saving his life.
When LARPing in ARMA becomes too real. Rimmy's actual journalism is also good to see, he did a very good job covering Fallout New California when that imploded

I believe so. Apparently Afghanistan region has lot of rare earth metals that haven't been mined yet. China alliance with Taliban leading to future joint mining ops for the Chinese EV market?

:cunningpepe:
"lot" in an understatement. They're sitting on $1 trillion worth of rocks. All Chinese mining contractors are salivating about upcoming projects as I type this post.

It wouldn't surprise me if the chinese state is disappointed with Kabul falling this quickly. Their strategy in Congo has been to prop up all sides in the civil war and take conflict minerals as payment, not to mention that a warzone far away from your own country doesn't have any environmental concerns or regulations to mind. Had Afghanistan fallen into civil war it would have been a lot easier. Not that they'll drop Afghanistan, no way, but Talibans establishing a stable presence is not to their benefit.

I think the next round with China will be more interesting to see than I expected.

I'm pretty out of shape and I could do a set of Jumping Jacks.
Who knew letting your army be comprised of illiterate goat herders was a bad idea. Afghanistan was given the American military model despite the fact that only works in Western countries.
For this to happen when approaching the 20th Anniversary of 9/11 is so humiliating. It's a spit in the face to everyone who got fucked by the War on Terrorism.
All because Dems are optics cucks.
And what did we gain staying there dan?
Sorry globohomo but Trump made the right call and biden fucked it up.
Say what you can about Trump but one thing he was right on was pulling out of that region. The amount of seethe he got and still gets over it is telling.

These recent events have been quite entertaining and a suitable replacement for Chris Chan drama since he's in lockup.
The Taliban would have been defeated had the Merge not happened.

"I sure hope the Taliban lets me graduate and become a lady lawyer."

Oh, honey.

Boy howdy is she about to get a well-rounded education.
And people wonder why the majority of Afghans hated us. America learned nothing from Reza Shah's reform policy.

Doesn't this something have to do with the us age ole tactic of being unpredictable In their battles with no planning involved which if most murica wars post-ww2 is anything to go by yeah it's been a disaster
That was more about American soldiers not following doctrine in combat. Battlefield improvisation is actually one of the strengths American military still has, going all the way back to the revolutionary war.

What is with bongs going on holiday to the worst shitholes they can think of? Seems to be a tradition going back a few hundred years.

Usually it's dumb white girls going to dangerous countries for vacations. At least with dudes it's more of an adventurer itch. I bet that bong shot some guns he would never see, and see brown people in their native habitat rather than in Bongistani ghettos.

Here's hoping the Chinese learned something from all this mess and won't screw the Taliban over with whatever deal they'll make. :optimistic:

Worried or dreaming for?
I mean the Feds should be worried. And I'm not saying that as bravado or belligerence. They just stabbed 20 years worth of veterans in the back (more so than they usually do).

Edit: Then again, glowies thoroughly enjoy fucking over national heroes for asspats and clout. Look at what they did to Michael Flynn.
