He is not dead and was trolling. He did have a stroke and currently has a brain clot. He is thinking about traveling to the US this fall, but he has jail time in September so idk how that will work. He has lost some feeling in his fingers/hand on his right hand, but stroke victims can repair sometimes in these areas, so hopefully it isn't permanent. The bwain is an amazing organ.

He's very likely going to have to wait until the White House lifts their order.
