I think Russ needs to be reminded of his Olive Garden incident.

I mean, maybe if there was a system where you could demand someone enter a formal debate where you each give your own logical arguments and a judge or panel of judges declared a victor and had the ability to enforce the demands of the winner based on moral grounds and intellectual grounds, determined based purely upon ones powers of persuasion then sure this could be a system that could make "lawsuits" into the modern duel, and I think that is exactly what Russell thinks lawsuits are.Russell is a pipsqueak and a coward and has previously explained how he sees lawsuits as a modern form of dueling.
(Lol! Yes, I’m serious!)
Again: He doesn't differentiate between strippers, Hooters waitresses, and hookers. You can probably add showgirls and definitely add Instagram models and pop stars to that list as well.Russ is going to force men to give bigger tips to strippers?
Please, Ms. Stripper, give him just a crumb of pussy?

Being a stripper is obviously already legal and not criminalized. You can't force guys at a strip club to tip well, or even tip at all, dingus.
This is one of those times where, if you didn't know better, you might question if Russell is a troll or an elaborate act or something. Surely no one is this stupid. But it's Russell Greer and he is and it's all real. He's the hero that's gonna make stripping legal in Nevada by 2024, don't you know! Isn't he cool?Russ is going to force men to give bigger tips to strippers?

*Movie Trailer Guy voice*Chris started the dimensional merge by fucking his mom...
Will Russ fucking his sister be able to stop it?
There's also something intriguing about him being raised in a conservative religious home after adoption.
So, yeah. The need to dominate his bio-sis and put her in her place (under a man, both figuratively and literally) is probably real. I'm not saying he would have actually tried to fuck her, but he probably wants to for a lot of reasons. The fact that he considered taking her to court to exercise control over her personal decisions is a pretty bad sign. Once again, it was Russ tattling to an authority figure when someone didn't want to share her toys with him. He said he "just wanted a relationship" but we all know it wouldn't have ended there, and he'd be insisting they go to mediation to negotiate how he could have her assets/business/connections/inheritance/whatever in due time. It was rightfully his, because she only had it because he wasn't there all along. If he had been, his family would have made sure their boy had the biggest slice of the pie, and his bio-sis would be more like his adopted-sis: Absolutely devoted to Russ, even when he's a complete jackass to her. Adopted-sis is married now and doesn't seem to be that involved in Russ's life anymore, but I remember reading that growing up, she was incredibly loving and supportive of him. Like a woman ought to be to her brother.
Edit: Words
He wasn’t even adopted away because he just “wasn’t wanted.” His mother was poor and desperate and was now saddled with an extremely special needs baby that she had no realistic way of caring for. She could either have him die from not being able to afford round-the-clock medical care, or given him a fighting chance at life with a family that COULD help him. She did him a favour.Another solid indicator of Russell being a piece of shit, whose shitlips and dead Moebius eyes are even less disturbing than his personality.
Yeah, he was adopted away . Tough shit. It can fuck you up. But there are kids with even worse luck who get raised as wards of the state and in foster care. And plenty of them somehow don’t grow up to be shitheads.
Russell won the adoption lottery otoh. Got raised in a conservative, loving, close family with a foster sister who, as you pointed out, loved him and treated like a real brother.
Who was the first one to visit him in jail and cried over her bro facing serious trouble when his little HS “prank” went wrong?
Who supported him and voiced his “help poor, wittle Russell Greer” videos?
Adopted sis.
And yet, you rarely hear a word of gratitude from Russell, who somehow has all the time in the world to creep at Instagram hotties or write deluded tweets, but never once (as I recall anyways) wrote or thanked his step sis for being the kind of supportive, loving sister he doesn’t deserve.
(If he was scared of her getting “harassed” he could have done so without mentioning her name and SM accounts.)
But nah... Just like when he decided he didn’t want to be a Mormon because he prefers hookers over giving back to a church/community that ensured him a good start in life and not being a ward of the state, Russ’s first, second and third priority is always himself.
Russell was never at risk of death, money or not, I have no idea where you got that from but it's blatantly false. We really don't know the finacial status of his parents when he was born or why exactly they gave him up, we know that they are not bad off now and were able to give his sister an upper middle class life with connections to hollywood that she used to springboard her own career but that's it.He wasn’t even adopted away because he just “wasn’t wanted.” His mother was poor and desperate and was now saddled with an extremely special needs baby that she had no realistic way of caring for. And you’re right, he was adopted by a loving, well-to-do Mormon family. He has no idea how truly lucky he was. Most kids in his position float from foster family to foster family, and even then that’s probably the brighter outcome as many of them just end up homeless addicts.
Russell was saved by the grace of human kindness, and he repays it by alienating his family in his constant thirst for china. I weep for how his adoptive parents must feel.
I thought his birth family was well to do and his adoptive family was more modest? He wasn’t even adopted away because he just “wasn’t wanted.” His mother was poor and desperate and was now saddled with an extremely special needs baby that she had no realistic way of caring for. Can’t feed a baby if it can’t latch. In order to get it to not be malnourished it would need a feeding tube and all the hospital services that that entails. So I am correct. Without medical intervention, he would have starved.Russell was never at risk of death, money or not, I have no idea where you got that from but it's blatantly false. Russell would have gotten all the medical attention he needed wether he was adopted or stayed with his birth family, irregardless of their financial status. And that is what is called "stating a claim," as required by 12(b)(6).Except that isn't what a lawsuit is. It is the claim of legal wrong doing, and a judgement made based upon the law, both the written law and by precedent, and then outlining which part of the law says that you have the right to compensation.
Yeah, it was just early speculation before more details about his birth family's financial status were revealed.Yeah a more knowledgeable Russtorian can correct me but I recall it being speculation regarding his birth parents not being able to afford or take care of baby Russell. This came from the initial idea that since we didn't know much about his birth parents it was possible they could have not been financially equipped to deal with two infants, one being special needs (not american so I can't comment on whether his treatments and hospital stays would be covered). Iirc it was later discovered his birth parents were actually fairly successful, at least later in life. They could have been not as financially stable when they were younger and had Russ, but its hard to say since we just don't know.
I still think that even if they did have all the money in the world, it is likely that they just weren't emotionally prepared or able to commit time-wise to properly handle a special needs child, and did what they thought what was the right thing by giving him up for adoption and having him go to a good family. It's also possible they saw Russ when he came out, laughed at his disability, called him shitlips and other ableist names, said fuck this guy and discarded him like the trash he grew up to be, but I'm guessing it was the former.

Ok, it sounds like I got it seriously backward then. I was always under the impression that Russ was given up as a pragmatic kindness due to being completely unable to be supported by his birth family. I also thought his adoptive family was fairly wealthy mostly because of the strings they pulled (including buying him a nice real-life lawyer to bail him out multiple times).Yeah, it was just early speculation before more details about his birth family's financial status were revealed.
There's a big difference between speculating about the circumstances revolving around his being given up for adoption, and @Fwiffo jumping in and stating them as fact. SS2 constantly did this.
No, you're incorrect because as @Disgruntled Pupper stated, we don't just let disabled babies die in the US whether they are adopted or not. Russell was never at risk.
We won’t be sending Horatio after you… this time.Looks like I was the source of fake news. Sorry, thread.

Maybe it’s time to change that?Yeah, it was just early speculation before more details about his birth family's financial status were revealed.
