I have a new found respect for Iron Liz.
Yep. Despite the Linkara thing, Iron Liz is one of the realest of the Real Talkers.

I think they're doing a similar thing with regards to intelligence. Several of their tweets and Tumblr posts say things along the line of "For the last time" & "Didn't think we needed to explain". It seems like they're basically saying "People who disagree with us and don't like the show just don't get it and are dummies! Pew Pew!"They can justify it however they want, but I'm pretty sure most black comedians don't advertise their shows with "I'm black, so you should support me or you're racist."
Literally doing everything you're not supposed to do when marketing a show.I think they're doing a similar thing with regards to intelligence. Gen Zed aka the show that killed itself with its own marketing.Literally doing everything you're not supposed to do when marketing a show.
So the actors aren't even being paid? I wonder how long Julie intends to keep defending Hayden when her rent is past due and the power gets shut off.
Assuming this ever actually gets made (or uploaded, whatever) I hope the landlord is a rational person who expects the main characters to pay rent and not act like retards, and that's why he's a "dick".
This seems like a ripoff of a shortlived show (the name escapes me) I remember airing around 2001 that was about a bunch of zany hipster tryhards living in NYC that was similarly aimed at the "youth." Gen Zed appears to be the same concept right down to the clumsy marketing and impending commercial failure.
Though that show at least had decent voice acting and could be mildly entertaining.
