Look Simo Hayha. You’re better than every Afghan who ever lived, we get it and you respect what the Taliban did because they accomplished it. Good job. It’s not as easy for everyone else, what you’re saying is the equivalent of “If you think North Ireland should be part of Ireland again go do it yourself” to an Irish person or “Hey if you think Korea should be reunited then go do it yourself” at the end of the day. Why not say to a Mexican for example “Hey if you want Central America back just go do it?” Because you can’t. There’s international laws and regulations you can’t just get around out of the blue.

to be fair, i think he knows that what he's saying is ridiculous bullshit, but at the end of the day he gets his orders from above and has to carry them out. and if those orders say "say retard shit to make yourself bad so your bosses look less bad by comparison" then that's what he's gonna do.

Hey, still my main point is: In the end, you protect your own family. No one else will do that. How is it so controversial?
I can take any other L, but for me that is the main point.

Prospects for this resistance, lead by Amrullah Saleh, are dim. He has a formidable task ahead of him and his prospects are bleak. The Taliban will seek to crush this last bastion of resistance.

There is some resistance, weak and isolated but the Taliban don’t have total control yet.

(The long war journal is the shit-regardless of it being a neo con backed blog, it’s probably one one of the most honest, informed and reliable news outlets/commentary sites on Islamic terror in the Middle East on the internet-I completely vouch for it).

Because there’s international regulations. You’re here saying “Go back no matter what.” We do t live in that time anymore and there’s people who very often don’t want to. Go back to Latvia or whatever.

They’ll hold the valley as long as they can get food and bullets. Air drop supplies to get caches going and they’ll raid for whatever else they need when it comes to the Taliban. That fucking valley is a nightmare to attack, and the defense there will be nothing short of fanatical.

Airdrop who's supplies, I doubt the Americans are keen on backing anti Taliban forces when their balls are in an airport sized vice.

Imagine being this cocky about being from a country that lost the only significant non-civil war it ever fought, because it wasn't completely destroyed.

I'm not bagging on Finland, mind you. They did better than could have been expected. I just don't know that being a Finn zoomer necessarily makes you Odysseus, wise in Battle.
