Clitoral growth on T varies a lot (it's just based on genetics), and the size gained from metoidioplasty also varies (scar tissue from healing can even keep it "tethered down" - making you worse off than you were before). Meta also has other benefits like increased clitoral mobility/exposure (again- only if you don't run into the scar problem), which is helpful for being able to stand-to-pee after you get further surgeries.

If you're unlucky like Arcing_lights, you might only end up with a 1-inch T-clit, and then your metoidioplasty basically fails to improve anything. That's actually why she got phalloplasty later; she was dissapointed with the result.

For reference, the "lucky" ones can end up with 4-inch "dicks" after T & meta. This seems pretty rare though, and I'm sure several of these women are exaggerating or only measuring after using a pump.

A lot of the self esteem issues with having a small peen is like body dysmorphia. I have seen those with 6 inch/17 cm who bitched about having a small one. Which is really unflattering, and kinda rude to those with an actual small peen.

But the most fucked up ones are the ones who are most into penile lengthening, there's some fun shit there also.
