It reminds me of something you'd see on Jackass, being annoying and all that. I think it's important to take all of this stuff with a grain of salt. It's really easy to project the worst possible context onto content based on preconceived notions about a person and without sound it's really hard to say.
Remember that association is voluntary. If a person is friends with, or hangs out with, someone like this, then that's a voluntary thing.

Too little context to reach any conclusion. To me, it looks like Bella started acting playful with that girl and eventually started gropping her while being really annoying. The girl gets pissed and shakes her off. Considering what we know about Isabella, it's possible the girl got scared that things would escalate further.

Again, without audio and such a quick end, there's not much to analyze other than the girl's reactions.

Only an actual socially inept autist would watch that video and come away thinking there's nothing wrong with it and that they're just "playing" around. It may have started that way, but even if we ignore all the context we know about Bella, at bare minimum that woman quickly becomes fed up with how Bella is acting and clearly wants her to stop, yet Bella ignores her and won't let go of her. When I was in high school, tooling around with my group of friends. One of the things we did as a group was piss each other off, I've see the reaction in that video a hundred times, and I've had that reaction a hundred times. This isn't my blog, and I'm not going to whittle reminiscence about the good ol' days. You remember those goo things that Spencer's Gifts used to sell? The fart tube? I had a friend who had one of those and kept sneaking up behind people to make the toy do the noise right behind their ear and he did this all day until someone gave him 5 across the teeth. It was the exact same reaction, and I'm sure most people who have had real life friends can think of dozens of examples of their own. So no, I don't think the reaction proves anything other than someone was annoyed at a retard. I don't think there's enough evidence to say anything beyond that.

That's a very fair point and undeniably true, and I wonder exactly how much technology has played a role in this sort of arrested development in her generation. Hard to deny it when there are thousands of youtubers and thousands of tweeters and thousands of other people on the internet making a modest to obscene living off of being perpetually 12 years old. I think the young 20s of today are pretty analogous to the 14 and 15 year olds of my generation which still weren't great, but a lot better than this, I think I was in my 20s when Vine was invented and I remember hating that. Bella and her friends are undeniably immature, socially retarded, and probably developmentally challenged, but I think being zoomers who have been on the internet their whole lives, who never had to socialize properly is the explanation for this, I see zoomers communicating in memes, and calling the dumb things they do "memeing" these days.

The OP actually had a similar statement, I believe it said Bella was "annoying" the other girl. People in the thread discussing what they see is going to have more analysis because that's what is done here.

I get you're probably a guy and don't understand how women might react when something makes them uncomfortable. Yes, you do have some who are willing to cause a scene and tell someone to fuck off. But a lot of women will attempt to not cause a scene and minimize the event especially if it's with a friend because nobody likes to be accused of being a drama queen.
