“Sexual organization” sounds like a swingers group. Somehow I doubt that’s how sex workers’ action groups define themselves. Just goes to show that even in public he sees them as sex objects and not workers or free agents.
And of course, if he tried to do that he'd just bring down the Streisand effect on himself. No plights, no discrimination, not even the mentally ill trolls- he's literally just fucked by his own Internet presence and legal history.
Russ is gonna speedrun CWC in becoming a true horror show. Chris had something between him and his compulsive need for sex. Russ has nothing. No hobbies, no interests, no internal life, no active family involvement, no sense of community or accomplishment (undeserved though it may have been for Chris). Russ doesn't even have regular non-superficial human interaction. What makes Russ way more of a threat than Chris is it took Chris years to externalize his rage. Russ has been there for 12 years and it's getting worse. He's seething mad about the charges, the PAC/Nullsuit co-saga are shaping up to be more failures of the depressing fizzle variety, and his life is completely empty. No traction, no advancement, no accomplishments, no attainable goals, no real future, nothing. Once we lose interest, he becomes one of the faceless nobodies in the world, which appears to be his greatest fear. Russ is staring into the void and I think he's gonna snap.
Are we absolutely sure he actually studied law? The more I learn about Russell, the more it seems that he knows absolutely nothing about law or how it works.
What we see with Russell is a confluence between the existence of for-profit schools that offer degrees without good instruction and malignant narcissism. His school wanted to do as little as possible to get him a "degree." For most people, this is a red flag. They're aware that there's a lot they have to learn, and I think that most people don't stop learning about a subject in their field even when they have an advanced degree within it. For Russell, achievement is more a means to an end, a way for the world to realize how it has to classify him by the sheer virtue of him being himself, rather than something showing that he learned something and grew as a person.
It's sorta like the Dunning Kruger effect, but with one key difficulty. People who don't realize that they have a lot to learn may change when reality kicks them into gear. Russell considers it a personal affront, and doubles down because he has to make reality prove him right. And we can't say he isn't successful, he has 3000+ pages here! And if anything he's done in his life can be considered impressive, it's that.
“IF I WANTED SOMETHING FROM YOUR BUSINESS I WOULD GO THERE AND BUY SOMETHING SO YOU WOULD HAVE SEX WITH ME.”
I just cannot understand why women don’t reply to Russ!
I always wonder wtf men, specifically men like Russ, think is going to happen when they leave thirsty comments on the pics of women who live far away. Is the woman supposed to jump on a plane and come see them? Maybe they do it out of boredom and don’t really expect any results, but Russ seems to think he has a real chance with every single woman whose profile he drools on, but logistically, how? It’s like the neck beards who get furious when their favourite female twitch streamer is revealed to have a boyfriend. How did you have any possible shot if she was single? Your chances were always 0%.
Oh well. It’s nice he left an encouraging comment for that woman’s business…that’ll keep her going until she finds a man and can finally stop having a career. She really screwed up doing botox though, hardly any male customers to woo her. Should have been a stripper.

He thinks it's automatically discriminating if you kick out a disabled person, even if they kick you out for being a complete asshole instead of being disabled.
More than that, he thinks being disabled entitles him to special treatment we normals don't get. He seriously thought AGT should ignore its normal criteria for judging acts and just put him on the show because he's disabled, never mind that his "act" was a goddamn powerpoint presentation.

Gonna have to disagree here. Russell seemed to genuinely believe that both of his AGT auditions were fantastic and worthy of winning the show. For him to say that he should get special treatment despite the quality of the acts would require him to admit that the performances weren't very good in the first place. As we all well know, everything Greer does is perfect.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought he admitted that he knew his act could never win or even necessarily qualify him to be a contestant, he just wanted it to be aired so he could "inspire" people.

He does think everything he does is the greatest thing in the history of the universe, but he also expects rules to be bent or ignored in his favor due to his face. This is Russ so he doesn't see the contradiction.

Hmm. I don’t recall him saying that. I thought he had even made declarations about what he was going to do with the prize money. I could be wrong because I don’t remember well.
He absolutely thought his most recent act was gonna win the show though.
Russ has a major problem (among many others) and that is that he cannot tell the difference between a talented person getting discovered by chance, and someone going viral.
Most sane people realize that if you go viral for some dumb thing, or even an inspiring thing, your fame is over in a matter of weeks or months, if not days. People who went viral and then tried to cash in on their fifteen minutes of fame can be super cringe, but good for them for making the most of a very short window and turning a profit on it.
Russ does not understand the insanely short shelf life of “viral.” He thinks people who go viral are all catapulted into fame and wealth, because they got “discovered.”
Remember the man on the skateboard drinking tea from a jug and singing a song as he rode along? It was on tiktok, and it went viral because it was just chill and honestly a vibe. It lifted spirits during lockdown.
Rus threw a FIT on social media about that, demanding to know why that man “got famous for that???”
He’s not famous, Russtard. He’s viral. Where is he now? I just looked him up. He starred in some commercials and he filmed some skateboard vids. He cashed out, nice. 99% of the media mentions of him are from the same month he went viral, last year. One single lone recent article was in May, from his home state, and was about when he donated his old home trailer to help raise money for some state cause. He seems like a cool guy, but his time in the spotlight is already over.
Russ sees the movies and cliches of “so-and-so talented lad getting spotted by the right person” and discovered, and instantly launched into fame. That’s how all showbiz success movies from the 80’s and 90’s end, right? The underdog talented artist, so much BETTER than the popular hacks out there, yet constantly stopped by gatekeepers and forced out of the spotlight, finally gets that big moment in front of the producer, puts on a huge showstopping performance, everyone cheers and the producer says, “kid, I’m gonna make you a STAR!” The movie ends and you are meant to assume that, presumably, that kid does become a star and lives out his life Happily Famous Ever After, the end. Also he gets the girl.
But getting “discovered,” 9 times out of ten, involves paying your dues as an artist for years (something Russ refuses to do), attending fucktonnes of auditions for a long time and actually being really really talented. The number of people just discovered on the street or by happenstance and NOT at an audition or by working on some unpaid passion project is crazy small.
Russ sees stupid shite go viral and assumes that those people are getting “discovered” because now all eyes are upon them, if only briefly. He never follows up to see where those people ended up, which is right back where they began in their hometown, with a little more money in their pocket and an interesting story, but no big Hollywood contracts and starlets in their beds.
Not our Russ though, he doesn’t even need a follow-up act for AGT or anything. As soon as he gets in that spotlight, everyone will just see how amazing and talented and special he is and he’ll win hands down. Plus he’s disabled so he gets points for “inspiring people.”
(tldr: disabled ppl and “being inspiring”)
What does that word mean in this case, “inspire?” Usually disabled people who are inspiring are called so because they overcame a grievous disability to do something thought impossible for them, like a one-armed woman playing the violin. They defy expectations.
Russ does not inspire with his disability because his disability does not hold him back from any of the “talented” things he tries to do…dancing like a tard, doing a powerpoint presentation, or writing songs. Russ does not understand that disabled people are only virally inspiring if their disability gets in the way of what they’re trying to do, yet they overcome it anyhow. Nobody missing both legs goes viral or gets called an inspiration for getting a Masters degree, even though that’s difficult and impressive. No one who is a songwriter will be called very inspiring just because he can’t close his mouth.
It’s all about the viewer being amazed at what humans can overcome and achieve in spite of a disability. But Russ just assumes all disabled people who get on the telly are an inspiration.
Russ also says he personally wants to “inspire people” because that’s just how you describe disabled people going viral for overcoming a disability…”Wow, what an inspiration!” the perky blonde woman doing the feel-good news segment grins. “That is just so inspiring.”
Russ wants to inspire people to worship Russ and give him fame and adoration. He sees people go viral for playing the piano with no arms or running a mile with no legs and he thinks, “I’m disabled too! All I have to do is get my hideous gob in front of a camera long enough for the world to see it and everyone will talk about how inspiring I am and then I’ll be famous!”
The other takeaway here is that no disabled person who goes viral for being awesome at something is trying to get attention for it. They have true passion for what they do, and they did it for years without a spotlight or cameras. If they want to inspire others, it’s usually because they wish to inspire people like them who may feel held back or not good enough.
Russ wants to inspire the world to say, “Awwww Russ you’re so amaaaazing, here’s a million dollars and two whores for you, the keys to your mansion are in one whore’s pocket. Enjoy.”

Here's a thunk: I kind of wonder if, for whatever reason, someone or AGT or a potential employer, actually told him that he earned a chance because of his face, would he still think his greasy low effort fruits were the greatest?
Would something like that break him harder if he heard the word "No" after his second effort?

Doubt it. Whatever works, in Russ’ mind. He would just memoryhole it and rewrite reality to where secretly it WAS because of his “talent.”
He’s clearly not above using being disabled to get his own way whenever he can, to try and weasel into better positions or squirm his way out of trouble, while justifying it to himself. He thinks he’s OWED access to women’s vaginas just because he’s disabled and it should be a fucking felony to turn him down. His entitlement is insane.
In his mind in this case, the judges didn’t know real talent when they saw it, but the disability break was a lucky thing and he’ll take it and laugh at them all when he’s famous! He’s still plenty talented and great, even if stupid show producers don’t see that and only give him a slot out of pity.

He'd just twist it around in his demented little mind until he came out the winner.
If he knew he got on AGT because he was disabled and then didn't win, he'd just be convinced that he had a discrimination claim. After all, if his disability is good enough to get him on the show, it has to be good enough for him to win. If he doesn't win, it's because they decided his disability wasn't good enough after all; since it's technically about his disability, then it's discrimination. And he'll also probably rewrite it so he actually felt threatened and marginalized for being told he was on the show because of his disability in the first place.
No, it doesn't make sense. It's Russ. He's confused "disabled" for "talented". He knows people have to work and struggle to learn a skill -- he even took piano lessons, so he knows what the process is like -- but he thinks that because he also had to learn how to eat properly and was forced to take speech therapy as a child, that was his struggle and he's done. He doesn't have to make an effort in anything else because he's made his effort. He showed up. In his mind, it was harder for him to even make an AGT audition video than it would be for a normie -- especially a talented normie, who has a gift and in Russ's mind is practically cheating as a result -- to write a symphony. So since it was more effort, it should garner a greater reward. It would be harder for me to paint a portrait than someone who went to art school, so my portrait is more valuable. Not because it would be a better portrait, but because I struggled more than the actual artist would have. Russ thinks he's struggled more than anyone else in history, ever, so everything he does is extremely valuable. Doesn't matter if it's shit. The quality doesn't even enter into the calculation at all.
Acknowledging his disability -- or anything about him -- is a mistake. It will never end well for the person doing it because he'll expect special treatment or else convince himself he has grounds to sue. Look at his attitude towards women who don't want to date him for whatever reason -- he has a right to a date because he's disabled. In fact, he has the right to a hot date as compensation for the fact that he's disabled. If a woman ever looked him in the eye and said she didn't want to date him specifically because of his disability, he'd have a stroke. He already believes that's the only reason he's not getting laid by those horrible, bias, floozer women, but for someone to say it right to him... Well, the court filing would be the funniest shit yet.
tl;dr It's not discrimination as long as his disability is getting him ahead, but as soon as he senses it might be a factor in why he's not on top of the world, then that's a lawsuit my friend.

I read a book recently that had a pretty interesting perspective on this. It's not about being in love with the result (eg, becoming the teen star in the 80's movie, winning the big lawsuit) that leads to success. It's about being in love with the pain and work associated with improving. A person who goes to the gym and doesn't want to put themselves through the pain to get gains isn't going to get anywhere. A person who takes the easiest route possible to get a law degree with as little work and studying as possible isn't going to win any cases. Yes, we see stars like Taylor Swift and that one metal band that has a shtick that they're all werewolves that turn into Catholics during the full moon, but we only see them once they become big, and don't see the arduous work that they put into becoming the people they are.
I know we keep saying it in this thread, but Russell really is his own worst enemy. And that's the last person you want as an enemy if you want to do anything with your life.
