I really don't think Biden will last out the term. its clear that this is too big a fuckup for the powers that be to ignore. I expect that the various factions will start to put pressure on Biden to resign due to health reasons. If he refuses maybe the dementia thing gets real reporting. some lucky reporter will get to break the news that Biden is demented and his wife is pulling the strings a la Wilson. it would redeem the media in the eyes of some.
