I am not so sure, this will be the greatest test of them. They had somewhat legitimate reasons for dismissing the lawsuit filed by the states in the election, and enough to want to avoid it. But this? It's black and white but requires them to slap down something politically volatile. If they punt, misrule, or refuse it then they have stripped all legitimacy from themselves.

If you have a 5.56 or a 7.62, there's a good chance that all your practice/range ammo is Russian made. The reason it's so cheap is because they're still digging up old weapons caches across the country and the big tuna cans of ammo get redistributed and sold.

When I owned a Romanian AK, Russian ammo was pretty much all I ever used.

from a public legitimacy position that's true, but I'm talking about in terms of Constitutional Law. I personally don't think it's going to be a major change to the doctrine overall, and unless Kavanaugh cucks well probably see that the extension of the moratorium by the CDC was unconstitutional. if they uphold it, then they might actually have something on Kavanaugh to get him to cuck so hard.
