Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

What's next? A "9/11 Was An Inside Job" confession from the Pentagon/CIA/Dubya himself?
Could you imagine... Biden's one gigantic fuck-up reveals everything regarding the 20 years that links to the Clintons, the Bushs, and the Obamas and how they not only created this whole catastrophe, but also purposely killed american people to do it.

The Trump Curse is strong... all Biden had to do was stick with that agreement.

Something similar happened during one of the Presidential debates where Trump went hard on what a colossal fuck-up Hunter is and Joe was angrily ranting about how his son "was a hero". Even Trump seemed taken aback by Joe confusing the two. It'd be depressing if Joe (and his backers) haven't spent decades fucking over the American people.
Nah, that was a special moment, bc Trump knew Biden loved to fellate his dead sons memory, confronted Trump when he started talking shot, and then started to talk about his alive crackhead son. Pure kino, and the amount of awkward pauses on Bidens part should have sunk his entire campaign. Those debates were complete massacres, every. single. time.

Good fucking god why did we even bother?
Someone told me a story about how he was in a remote outpost with a bunch of ANA and they would airdrop supplies in 2009.

Their first supply drop there the sergeant tells the ANA to come out with them to help collect the food and supplies for the month. Theres literal tons. The interpreter said they wouldn’t help because its “womens work”. Sergeant screamed himself hoarse and they never ended up helping.

Any idea how they will declare it constitutional, despite one of them almost voting otherwise?
Given Roberts is the one who has brought this back up, probably rule against it. This whole thing has the executive thumbing its nose and infringing on SC authority too much to simply be ignored. Plus current events don't really give Biden any ammunition to encourage the court cucks to cop out again.

It's more an issue into executive overreach of legislative functions, i.e. drafting laws. This might be actually more influential than you all realize, since this may seriously curtail the ability of agencies to make their own rules if the court decides to actually start defining the contours of the nondelegation doctrine. Gorsuch has been especially chomping at the bit to limit the doctrine, as it offends his strict originalist sensibilities.

Both Kavanaugh and Barret have written for the need for it, but both have also proven... inconsistent.

It couldn't possibly be a coincidence that he just banned import of Russian-manufactured ammunition.

For those of you who don't have fun, this is massive backdoor gun control in the current market. Russian-manufactured ammunition is basically the floor of the market and usually the cheapest available in every store, in every common caliber. I've heard a lot of percentages pulled out out of asses lately, but I'd be willing to bet that Russian ammo is at least 1/5 of the overall market. Without Russian imports prices will double by the end of the week and may not come back down for years, if at all.

It's one of those places where they all recognize both that some limitations are required on the ability of agencies to make rules and that leaving the bulk of lawmaking to Congress would be disastrous.

I am not so sure, this will be the greatest test of them. They had somewhat legitimate reasons for dismissing the lawsuit filed by the states in the election, and enough :optimistic: to want to avoid it. But this? It's black and white but requires them to slap down something politically volatile. If they punt, misrule, or refuse it then they have stripped all legitimacy from themselves.

If you have a 5.56 or a 7.62, there's a good chance that all your practice/range ammo is Russian made. The reason it's so cheap is because they're still digging up old weapons caches across the country and the big tuna cans of ammo get redistributed and sold.

When I owned a Romanian AK, Russian ammo was pretty much all I ever used.

from a public legitimacy position that's true, but I'm talking about in terms of Constitutional Law. I personally don't think it's going to be a major change to the doctrine overall, and unless Kavanaugh cucks well probably see that the extension of the moratorium by the CDC was unconstitutional. if they uphold it, then they might actually have something on Kavanaugh to get him to cuck so hard.

Ammo prices won't come down until the Democrats get obliterated next year and probably not then either

The silver lining is that the gun companies are pouring money into increasing their ammo manufacturing, probably sooner rather than later supply will meet demand again

I knew they were going to pull some shit like this.

Good fucking god why did we even bother?
becauase we're post-racial hegemony. after obama's election the thrust in the anti war movement was really trying to prove that dumb people can be taught to be a functional society. they didnt use those words but the sentiment was prevelent and "fuck you racists" if you said afgans are too retarded to wash their hands after taking a shit.

Disgusting. Like to think ANA didn't get any of the supplies, but am sure they always had their hands out. Also bet the ANA were generally pretty useless in a firefight. From looking at the Fox News video, looks like the vast majority were performance ciphers, hardly able to do menial tasks.

This will likely go nowhere but at least someone is putting their foot down.

Don't get too excited, she's been doing this for a while. In fact, aside from messing up so badly in public statements that she had to publicly admonish herself by going on an apology tour after visiting the DC Holocaust museum, I'm not sure what legislating she's actually done. Anything she gets right is going to be more of a broken clock situation than anything else.

So Tucker brings up a point which has been urking me too, something else is going on. Why the fuck now? Out of all the shit that is going on border crisis, inflation, election fortification, CRT, riots, cognitive deteration, Hunter, Touchy Biden...all this shit...and now, now MSM/Militar/Other Countriss just all of a fucking sudden flip on the Admin?

It just feels fucking off. Anytime there is this sweeping unspoken agreed upon consensus there always seems to be some form of collision behind...

Need help, I am tired of licking the windows of my house...
