Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Correct, though Trump's greatest fault was relying on it, ironically. He was used to the business world, where people set aside their personal dislikes and issues for the pursuit of money. Not silently wait to slide the knife in.

Trump has experience in NY as real estate mogul, which basically know how to deal with shady business shit.
Biden and Obama is a career politician with a dabble of law practice.

One of the earliest reasons people didn't really buy the MOST POPULAR PRESIDENT EVER!!1 meme is that Biden had virtually no enthusiasm at events, while Trump could fill a fucking stadium.

It's surreal seeing that both of those are still true, with the Donald being able to fill basically any venue with his presence while official Biden events struggle to get anyone to fucking show up.

There were always more Trump people heckling than Biden fans at Biden rallies. My favorite was a clip of Biden in Minnesota, a state he won handily, of him getting pissed at people honking clown horns at him and ending it early.

Too bad he didn't see that Republican aren't after prestige or actual power. They'll lose and lose until they're effectively a permanent minority. Anything to keep the grift going.
