Sydney's first appearance is in October 2018 when she announces she will be seeing a new doctor, one who really understands things. Who is this miracle worker?

You know it!
In November she's back to tell us that her appointment was great! The wording here is significant I think. Not that she felt like he listened or cared about her concerns but that she "got farther" than she had in previous attempts to get diagnosed. Sydney knows what she wants and Trevino is all too happy to facilitate as long as she has the money.

We also learn this saintly physician has a support group for these poor fragile girls. Sydney would like to help others get an accessory dog to take to Disney.

In January 2019 we see her freaking out over the home health company for late saline. This was right after Port-chan Mark II was placed and she couldn’t yet access it but no longer had a PICC. She had to
crawl to the ER for her very necessary salt water infusions. The best part is that she claims that she waited six hours at two different ERs to have two different doctors laugh at her ass for
demanding a midline cath until her port heals, lmao. Munchies in the comments tell her which urgent cares have been best at giving them emergency salt water.

Lol @ this long list of bullshit they discuss. Anyway, Sydney loves the good doc!

So much that she's going to keep paying out of pocket to see him after her insurance gives him the boot.
Sydney likes to bring ALL her toys to Disney! Because how will people know she's sick unless she's infusing in the dirtiest environment imaginable?

She ALWAYS dislocates on Space Mountain and passes out/has seizures on the two more intense coasters. Not gonna stop riding them though! TOTES WORTH IT!!!
SERVICE CAT!
SERVICE CAT!!!! And Sydney is angry someone would suggest bringing a cat when she has terrible allergies to cats even though she lives with one! Imagine if someone told her that her dog couldn't come somewhere because they're allergic lmao.

Gee, I wonder why this internist is the only who who has diagnosed her with all of these many illnesses. Now claiming MCAD.

A really fun thing about this group is they give away all the doctors that are working within the Trevinosphere. There's at least one other person coming up who goes to this same allergy/rheumatology combo.
You get a port! And you get a port! You all get ports!
He's literally the only doctor that will put up with her bullshit guys! I wonder why that is...
In August 2019, Sydney says she's moving to be closer to her job. This was the Universal Halloween Horror Nights gig that she wanted to be permanent but got fired from like everything else.

crying about her neuropathy that is definitely not her uncontrolled T2 Diabeetus.

By November she's back in St. Pete's and taking bartending classes.

Congratulations, you have anxiety and high blood pressure. Don't worry, other munchies assure her that Trevino will tell her it's a super special form of POTS.

In December we learn she now claims to have GP, has lost 20 lbs in a week and a half (hahahaha ok munchie) and is getting botox to try to keep food down.

And here's the gastro that gives them all their toobs.

Here we learn that her first port got pulled because it flipped and also lol fat.

or maybe the problem was her ding-dang-darn rib kept slipping out of place
In January she announces she'll be going back to school to finish her animation degree. This did not happen because LOL COOF'D.
And she learns that other munchies are getting the Trevino Treatment for free.

her dog is magic guys.

Sydney mistakes her skin getting irritated because the dog is licking her with an alert to MCAS reactions.
They wouldn't give her a feeding tube, huh?

Even though she apparently purged herself to low potassium.
/thathappened. One-upping a suicidal person

Had to stop taking Northera because of the horrible side effects!! But also because her insurance wouldn't cover it anymore...

Do these people ever consider that they're having side effects because they're taking a medication for a disease they don't actually have?

"I always infuse in public for maximum attention"

CORAM BAD because they fired her for being a PITA and charged her for the resources she wasted. SHE'S LAWYERIN' UP! Salt water is serious business!

Also claims she hasn't flushed her port in 6 months. Isn't that like... incredibly dangerous? Why is she even allowed to keep it?
Sounds like a UTI and/or dehydration

Apparently Trevino just gives blanket one-size-fits-all statements on what all of his patients should do. Weird.

Two type2 diabetics humblebrag about which one is the sickest. Sydney realizes that her job of running around the beach doing physical labor in Florida is not washing with her claims to pass out constantly. But she almost needed a tube! Her weight almost dropped below
two hundred pounds people!!!

Poor thing is too afraid to have her port dangling out at work these days. Also immunecompromised because of an infection that killed off her entire immune system and gave her the POTS. I'm sure that's how that works.

(she specifies it was MRSA later)
LOL FIRED. Sydney, who has never been able to remain employed or in education, is suddenly complaining she has no schedule because of Covid.

MY EYE IS DROOPY TOO! I AM ALSO SPECIAL! I HAVE BRAIN DAMAGE!

(imagine being so unfortunate-looking that you try to blame it on brain damage lmao)

give me the IVIG! Yeah you need a scarce blood product that people will literally die if they can't access because your special munchie disease. Fuck off.

This is why I hate these girls btw. If this young woman is actually diagnosed with POTS and not just another munchie, then them scaring the bejeezus out of her and her family with their antics is absolutely abhorent. I see it in the vasculitis group I haunt too, people who come in claiming all these ridiculous problems that are improbable at best and scaring the shit out of people who just got diagnosed with an already frightening disease.

OMG YAY NEW TOY!!!
Impeccable diet as usual.

Got the GERD huh?

Oh hello Mel, you must be familiar with this routine since it's what you do too! We'll get to Mel soon. In the meantime, Sydney wants to let you know she had a horrible experience when she went to this hospital!!!! Selfish selfish coof patients using up all the doctor's time so they can't coddle precious Sydney like she wants.

Dr. Google suggests allergy to zofran is very rare to the point that it's journal-worthy.
NUDELL BAD TOO. Sure, you didn't want a tube. I believe you. Wink wink.

Sounds legit. Maybe you didn't get a feeding tube because you couldn't get the symptoms of your alleged disorder correct.

She apparently does have redman syndrome from Vanco per her mother's post, but that's common from what I understand.

Phernigan and omniprozole, lol. Omeprazole and other PPIs are counterindicated for GP because they slow gastric emptying even more. So does Zofran for that matter. Domperidone and famotidine is apparently the gold standard combo for real GP.

MUNCHIE WANT IVIG!!

DAE itchy when your skin is poked repeatedly by needles???? Also her neuropathy turns out to be carpal tunnel syndrome lol.

Most recently Sydney has gotten yet another new job at a museum ship. Place your bets on how long this one lasts!
