Trashfire 08/21/2021 Ethan Ralph wants to sue Kiwi Farms - "I will be going to the FBI to personally report Josh Moon, with my attorney."

Lol, what a retard. There is zero evidence to suggest Kiwi Farms has done anything illegal to obtain this information, or used it maliciously against victims of the leaks. All people here have done is post the info and comment on it. Which, as far as I know, is not illegal at all under US law.

What criminal activity is he going to allege against the forum? Is he actually going to suggest that we hacked secureserver and leaked personal info as part of a cyber terrorist campaign to destroy the Killstream? :story:

Ralph, you don't have proof for shit because we didn't do anything. The FBI will laugh and tell you to fuck off. We don't want to shut down your show, you are our favorite cow. Why would we want to shut you down?

If anything we will actively protect you from malicious actors purely to keep you around for our lolz. You're a pet monkey - we might not respect you, but we like to watch our monkey dance and we will keep it safe.

How exactly is it KF's fault that Ralph used a shitty pajeet online DB service that got p0wned?
Considering the breach occurred on the 15th and first appeared on another forum with F in its abbreviation, gunty has zero fucking legs to stand on. At most he'd be able to subpoena some VPN address and just like all his endeavours, it'll amount of absolutely nothing but seethe, cope, and entertainment for the rest of the world.

Edit: RF is Raidforums.

And he had nothing to do with the breach you dumb fat faggot.

He has stubby little toothpick legs. To go with his tiny little T. Rex arms. And his minuscule penis. And his dwarven body. The only thing big about him is the gunt.

Ralph seems to be really into his court cases lately. You'd think it would be the opposite with his continuous and embarrassing losing streak.
I saw this coming last year. And after his "win" against Vickers in February, I had big hopes it would give Ralph the confidence to go sue happy like the big Laquisha he is.

Thank God Ralph is actually retarded enough to perpetually give us lolcow sagas.

I'm willing to bet Gunt's liquor stashes that the FBI aren't going to do anything if all Ralph has is, "site that A-Logs me did something that, while not exactly illegal, still hurts me," they've got bigger fish to set up and go after.

As far as a civil suit goes? Gunt isn't civil, for starters, but most of all, he'll quickly burn through whatever money he has left before things really take off.

I think everybody scoffing at the idea of Ralph affording lawyers is forgetting Ralph's ace-in-the-hole. The key factor that will make Josh's prosecution an inevitability - May's Sandwich Artist money. Ralph's assembling a high powered legal team that will destroy the evil Kiwi Farms forever one footlong at a time.

KF relies on people fearing them.
I reckon the Kiwi Farms relies on people making a fool of themselves more than anything else. Wonder if he's going to be paying child support for his two spawns AND other people's attorney fees somewhen down the line. On a side note, if Josh is in Belgrade - beautiful city, great history.

I sure hope no one turns up the heat there!
Does he realize Belgrade is a city with nearly 2 million inhabitants and shit to deal with or is his worldview really so narrow that he thinks the government of Serbia or the local council will take an interest in some random Code Monkey with no prior convictions (unlike Ralph) who just happens to make Internet weirdos angry?

Ralph, I wouldn't worry too much about the legal implications of this. You're the Ralphamale after all.

A judge may award sanctions for a frivolous lawsuit, motion or appeal. Such sanctions may include awarding the opponent costs, attorney fees, and in at least one case, the offending attorney was ordered to attend law school courses. The award of sanctions may be made by the court on its own initiative or after a motion by another party.

The following is an example of a state statute dealing with frivolous claims:

"If the action is brought by a private citizen and the court finds that the action was frivolous or motivated by bad faith, costs and attorney fees may be taxed to the person."
