The fact that his server was dealing with plaintext credit card numbers and failed to protected them should make Ralph nervous. KF is protected by section 230, the SS service on the other hand has to abide by PCI. Even storing numbers in volatile memory on computers connected to the internet is a violation.

As everyone but Gunt noticed, no laws have been broken by KF, via most recent laws re: US 1st Amendment, even looking at 230 as it currently stands.
Technically speaking, only thing which could make it to tribunal, maybe court, but probably just a preliminary hearing to see if it would proceed, would be a libel case of Null plaintiff vs. Gunt defendant, regarding the libel Gunt is flinging like a Hippo flings shit in a zoo. It could even end in a settlement awarded to plaintiff.

Null likely doesn’t give a shit, but Gunt’s Twitter posting would qualify, as he is publicly accusing Null of criminal action w/ no proofs, attempting to affect Null’s bznz negatively, etc. Libel.
Gunt had a breach of privacy on his bznz, blames a man he has a vendetta against, w/ no proof, & incited others w/ libel, and admitted retaliatory plans to try & hurt Josh & his bznz (KF) by “notifying Cloudfare, etc” of his libelous lie. Good thing for Gunt that Null doesn’t give a shit about his libel.

KF & the way it’s set up, re: policies (no gay-ops) & the fact that it’s a forum where people discuss & watch, documenting what they find, (& to be fair, a lot of joking happens,) is protected by 230, no one is encouraged to go affect people in real life. (The opposite in fact.)

If that happens, it’s not on KF, & afaik, the operator & possibly an admin(s,) act in the best interest of the laws to protect KF & oust any BS. Gunt has taken to his personal, official, social media, (which is much more visible than KF,) his Twitter, & libeled Null, threatened him, & is attempting to harm his bznz.

I know which side I’d represent in a court of law, the only one who has a case, if he wanted it, Null. Good thing for Gunt he doesn’t give a shit about this.

I thought it was obvious, oh well.
The website is Raidforums, and the information is free, posted in their non-official leak section. After seeing a mention of the site, I decided to have a look and found it with ctrl+F in 5 minutes.
