Original Slider 140 Calories - add another 110 if it's a double (Kinda looks like it)
Medium Fries 600 Calories - Small fries come a slider container, and a large comes in a literal paper sack.
[Not pictured and assumed] Medium Coke 370 - No doubt he has a drink to help choke that food down, so I'll be nice and say he had a coke and not a milkshake.

140 + 140 + 600 + 370 = 1,250 or 1470 calories if the sliders are doubles.

That's what I thought too.. But half of his calories are literally just his fries.. Next time, opt for a small for only 300ish calories. Fries are the lowest calorie side they offer, unless you count pre-packaged apple sauce.
