I've said it plenty of times already but she's always so noticeably bigger in every photo, that's sad enough in itself combined with how self-harm-esque her stretch marks look to me. But jumping on the "shaving is an oppressive tool of the patriarchy" bandwagon shows that she really has given up on herself and doesn't think she's worth even a shred of positive self-care.

She probably doesn't shower either. Her refusal for self-care sounds like a symptom for clinical depression. Her immune system must be shit if she stays at home all day and night doing nothing.
Even clinical settings have weight limits. These fatasses have no idea how their bodies make it difficult for clinicians to work on their bodies. Not to mention, they require at least two people to move them on the table and are at much higher risk causing spinal injuries to others.

I still find it absurd how fatties whine about bmi requirements for surgery. How do you not understand that trying to do surgery when you have several inches of excess fat covering the organ just makes things exponentially more difficult to perform safely? You don't need to be a doctor to understand this, it's a pretty intuitive concept. And that's not the only thing, it's also the difficulty of anesthesia on fat people for various reasons like dosing and sleep apnea. I've seen fat people complain about seatbelts, but at least they want bigger seatbelts. The surgery thing is more analogous to someone saying we should repeal seatbelt laws entirely because they can't fit their own enormous ass into one. Good job, you're arguing against your own best interest because it hurts your feelings.

Someone here touched on the issue of making clothes for such fatties as well. Imagine the issues you mentioned earlier, plus this clothing issue, being the cause of one very simple thing; eating too damn much! What are some of these fatties going to do these days, roll around on their reinforced motorized scooters in public naked because they prefer eating over finding clothes?

What I don't understand about this type of person is the notion that "self confidence" always means "being half naked in public".
A trend I've noticed since this kind of shit took over the internet back in 2015 or so: the fatter and more lumpy you are the more likely you are to be walking around with your tits and ass hanging out. I think a lot of people conflate being provocative and sexy with "beauty" when they're very different things. In the real word (American here, tho. lol) there are plenty of people with partners fatter and uglier than the other because, as corny and stupid as it sounds at some point "Beauty" is something that can be, and is very often subjective.
