Taliban offensive of 2021 and collapse of Afghan government.

The British are not hesitating in comparing us to the USSR, and the USSR comes out looking better.

Un-fucking-believable.

that article is more than a year old, and author claims differences that are wrong, however there is quiet a bit of interesting parallels with Biden.

Brezhnev in his years at the top was a non-offending veg who loved children, flowers and getting medals (something party kept giving him) and snoozing at the long party meetings. Despite all this, x-soviets remember this time, a.k.a "stagnation" as the golden years of the Soviet Union when everyone stole as much as he could and no one generally gave a fuck about nothing. Without the chief projecting power from the top, most agencies developed their own leadership and own policies as they saw fit. Internal ministry fucked with KGB and KGB put some ministers away, at the local level some spectacular shit went on. Corruption was at the height.

I can't help but to think that perhaps behind Biden there is no one and everyone, who needs a veg to just leave them alone to their devices, which ultimately results on non-cohesive policies and random bullshit that leaves you scratching your head, thinking how could that possibly happen.

A little reminder that the eternally compassionate members of the Deep State hate your guts and want you to suffer for defying them:

This is the former Spook-in-Chief (NSA & CIA) for Dubya who defended the CIA's use of black sites and torture to the Senate.

Which really makes the bush dynasty experiment failure more sweet.
Part of the reason conservatives often find themselves blindsided is because they have this expectation that politics is an arena of fair play and limits, where everyone is assumed to be operating in good faith and having something to contribute. The left doesn't think this way, the state and system don't think this way, and so they can only bemoan the hypocrisy and lack of fairness when they get crushed.

I noticed that CNN and other corporate outlets are giving more interviews to veterans over what do they think about the Chaliban.

As well as some blaming Trump signing that agreement to withdraw and Tony Blair is mad at Biden being an imbecile, because Biden wasn't down for extending the war.

I don't really care much about what these hand picked and corporate friendly approved veterans think about this, since looking at how fast Afghanistan fell, it's a complete failure at all levels. I having a feeling some of these cherry picked veterans rode with Biden and are getting what they deserve. And using them as mouthpieces that we should have stayed longer. They won't interview some veterans like our fellow kiwis who hate the US Government and Military enough to support the Taliban as a way to stick it to the nigger worshippers in the beltway.

Biden made the right choice in leaving, and by doing the right thing, he fucked that good deed up the worst.

Conservatives since Reagan have been cucks and bought into the bullshit over Nixon that liberals love pushing. The Taliban here are a great example of return to monke and tradition and rejection of the globohomo.

Maybe

Could be ISIS, could be some random trigger happy Taliban chucklefuck. Doubt it's anything organized from above or there'd be a good deal more attackers.

Per the Reuter’s report which is quoting CNN who heard it from...

“CNN reported that a sniper outside the airport had fired at Afghan guards inside the facility and they had returned fire but U.S. forces had fired back at the Afghan guards.”

IF IF IF that’s accurate, we got some trigger happy 82nd guys.

Just spitballing a little, but could we see some sort of Alesia situation where the masses of desperate Afghans and foreigners alike are trapped between the Americans and Taliban and they starve to death/die of dehydration due a months long stand off/delay?

Or is something like that not likely?

at this point who the fuck knows but its a possibility. The fact Euro countries went out and got their citizens but the US is still parking their ass at the Airport. Looking like a lot of stranded Americans.

Does anyone have a link to any story stating that the Taliban acquired the names and addresses of anyone who worked with the US in Afghanistan? Normies I work with are claiming this is fake news.
