I think she has the sense to ignore Jake. He's of no use to her and there is nothing good to be gained by interacting with him. I think she probably recognizes him as a less successful sociopath.

It's going on either three or four years since he went full Zoe Post, twice, and she's never deigned to mention him. Not likely to start now. Getting down in the mud with Jake has no upside.

Chelsea knows that there's nothing to be gained from driving Jake to suicide. Plus it would be no challenge for her, since Jake always seems to have a noose primed around his neck and a shiny new plugged-in toaster at the ready. It's like starting a marathon two steps from the finish line.

It applies to both of them - it wasn't the dream for either of them, they weren't ever religious figures of hate, the trauma was self-inflicted, standard Jake bullshit.

But if it is Daniel it's extremely weird for Jake to give a shit about anything bad happening to a man, but less than half a dozen 'gamers' who don't know about lolcows have even the slightest clue who Becky is, while Daniel was explicitly confrontational with the fans of both the games he's worked on - and he actually worked on them, rather than Becky's role archiving. Describing either LoL or Apex Legends as dream jobs is a very Becky thing to do, and basically the only reason I'm not sure it's Becky is because Jake uses 'he', and Becky now goes by 'they' or some utter wank pronoun I won't bother typing out.

Basically, tweeting about Daniel is incredibly out of character, but gendering someone 'correctly' is the closest thing to a fact that Jake ever spews. I'd say it's about Becky, but there's definite room for confusion. And it ultimately doesn't matter, because it's about as true either way.

Yeah, I also read the part about his body shape as referring to the fact that his bustalicious buxom breasts had not grown in yet, rather than his obesity. Since he’s almost certainly fatter now than ever before and sees no problem with it.
