Is there though? There's no info to prove Sarah diddled anyone. Even Dana's family seemed aware of Sarah being a creeper and told them to back the fuck off. A lot of the pics linked are dead so I don't think there's anything to get Sarah on having/distributing child porn unless they find CP stored on the site.

So far all we've seen proof of is that Sarah is indeed a self-admitted pedophile and that they helped pirate a shitload of stuff on their site. The former, in a sane world, should be enough to make them a pariah but instead there are people tweeting up and down about their support of Nyberg.

Meh. It's too soon to say what's in there. There's no real harm in baph et al. combing the records on their own time (except perhaps that publicizing the results gives Nyberg more time to prepare a defense).

But honestly it's a little silly to think no cops are aware of this crack yet. Even if baph has said nothing yet, aGG certainly has. Even if not, Milo will cover it.

Honestly, I think even getting them on piracy charges would be enough. Nyberg is willingly profiting from pirated material, which is extremely illegal, on top of the tax problems that'll eventually get the IRS' ire. Finding any CP would just damn Sarah even more.

Agreed. Also, for the people that keep hoping for some sort of charges to be brought against Nyberg... let's look at Nick Bate. The only reason Nick Bate is where he is right now is because his sister came foward and accused him of rape. Nothing happened while he was on Twitter being a disgusting pedo creep and tweeting gross pedo fantasies.

As far as we know Nyberg is guilty of admiting that they are a pedophile, and lusting after a young family member. I might be wrong on this one, but I understoodthe "crotch picture" wasn't of Dana, but was of some other "artistic nude photograph of a child". No. It doesn't make it better, but it means that Dana's family has less of a reason to charge Nyberg with anything. They kept him away from Dana (unlike what Nick Bate's mom and aunt did to his sister), and thus avoided any incidents. So, Dana's family will probably not prosecute Nyberg, and I don't know if there is enough cause for law enforcement to get anything.

What the Nyberg drama HAS done is reveal a lot of people as fact-ignoring zealots that lack critical thinking skills. Unless something dramatic changes, Nyberg will probably ride this out as well as Zoe Quinn rode out her own scandal (e.g exploit it for money, prestige and followers, win win win).

Meh. I don't see charges emerging in connection with software piracy. The list of shit games looks to be more crap Nyberg had downloaded, not hosted. More interesting is that the games seem to contain a lot of shit appealing to little girls. It makes me think of Chester the Molester and his bag of candy.

The tax shit isn't going to draw prison time anytime soon. Nor will it likely spawn a search warrant. Subpoena maybe but search warrant not so likely.

The best hope for a bust right now is incriminating shit in the logs and dumps. And not just shit that makes Nyberg look bad, but shit that can be held over the heads of others, which a prosecutor can use to press those others to flip on Nyberg, exposing more accounts elsewhere and hopefully something big to pin to Nyberg.
