You have to look at their Wikipedia entry for their medals. Funny thing is, in the last week they've been scrubbing those wikipedia entries to get rid of why they got the high level Defense Department dicksucker medals.

The biggest thing is that the Bronze Star got devalued into a "congrats, you're an officer who showed up at the war zone and didn't stick your weapon up your ass".

Their Wikipedia pages show pretty plainly that they're a bunch of do-nothings. I've done an explanation several times on their awards.

The biggest hint is when their highest standard award is a Bronze Star (without the V device), no Purple Heart, and they're missing Desert Storm/Desert Shield, Panama, and Bosnia.

Another hint...look at all the ribbons above the National Defense Service Medal ribbon.
