My guess is they know that during fall-winter ADE will spike up, and it will be obvious that vax is pure scam. So they ramp-up the pressure to eliminate/highly reduce control group.
They're just going to blame the REEEEEE DIRTY UNVAXXED REEEEEE. They already have the narrative lined up for COVID-22.

But it keeps the cycle going. And the true believers will continue to have it where they'll try to bring back the peak of 2020, or society is firmly into vaxxed vs not vaxxed, and the two are completely separated.

This one is interesting because it's going to be seeing a courtroom very quickly. They're offering no exemptions, not even medical; guaranteed plenty of lawyers are chomping at the bit to tear into this over its blatant charter violations.
Just remember: these are Canadian courts, For all we know, they could side with the province.
That the point !!!
You take the shot or be ostracized by everything.
No, if & or buts only reason USA lagged behind was trump .
if hillary was in charge everyone would be like the other countries.

Was there ever a time when the "I Love Science" crowd wasn't political? Like just talking about how amazing and cool science was and what could be accomplished? Something like how water freezes, or talking about the physics that goes into constructing a bridge, or how ancient sculptures managed to remain standing over the centuries, or how a nuclear weapon is as deadly as it is, or the power of the human brain, or what happens to the body when we're asleep?

With our power combine, we are Captain Planet!

In civil claims, which is what CD falls under, the plaintiff, the person bringing the charges is usually the employee. In criminal cases this is the accused but we do bot have "the accused" in civil cases.

The defendent is usually the employer.

Additionally, "UK Law" is a misnomer, we have English-Welsh, Scottish and NI legal systems, ad of those three the Scottish is the most different from the other two.

Further additionally: Civil cases are expensive and you can't usually go to an ET if you've been with a company for fewer than two years.

The provisions under which a claim for UD can be made are found in the Employment Rights Act 1996 s98 (2), which is well worth a read, informative and detailed.

Further also, if you're under probation or on a fixed term contract, all the information you've given there is moot as a company is by no means beholden to renew or extend your contract. They can also lay you off for any reason given if it's "due to the needs of the business". We have very few rights in truth, and are by no means "better" than the US legal system.

Edit: I'm not sure what your sources are. But it seems like you can't even correctly name the parties involved in a civil case. There's some very good information out there that acts as a starter guide to understanding various facets of law, like criminal, civil, tort, etc. If you'd like some pointers let me know. It's fascinating stuff.

I've been looking at this for about twenty minutes and I'm not sure how to respond.

I'm not so proud that I can't admit I'm wrong, there's some good info in that post. I don't want to be a nob and it look like I'm spitting my dummy out, even though your post could be read as an attempt at a Gotcha. Even if it was, I am a retard so my posts should be taken seriously. Saying that, you are lonely so I could see why you responded.

I don't know what to say. Maybe you say it best, when you say nothing at all.

Once again, I say if the hospitals are sooooo overwhelmed (and you live in a city), ask them if they're turning away nogs with gunshot wounds. You aren't even going to get an accurate count because we have to protect black criminals. Questioning any of this is committing a racism, and as we all know that's the real public health crisis.
I thought I had uncle Rhabdo in February, the emergency room was just filled with the usual old people sent from nursing homes for falls, people who got into fights and were fucked up and mothers with kids. Drug seekers wanting pain pills.
No coughing or sneezing people at all.

It sounds like some science fiction bullshit.

I thought it was so interesting in the earliest days of the pandemic, it was widely accepted that the virus would spread by being on touched surfaces, but a stranger's dog was completely safe to pet just because no dogs had tested positive yet.

Hey, don't touch this table because it could kill you everyone. Touch this person's pet instead.

It's just another example of how these measures are all just theater.
They were wiping down cat carriers with hand sanitizer at the vet last summer. I think they would have wiped down the cats if the cats would have stood for it.
Well my workplace just mandated vaccinations.
A buddy of mine is duking it out with her workplace on a religious exemption. It's been a week and she hasn't gotten a hard no yet. Actually she hasn't had an answer at all, but some online "non complience" stuff that was red before has turned green so... we're not sure what's up. We're starting to think they just want to see if they can get everyone either into a "complied" or an "exempted" checkbox. Or maybe they're just trying to see how much of their workforce fights back to know if they can afford to loose them all.
Point being, you might wanna try fighting it. Maybe you'd get somewhere.

What'd she say to get a religious exemption?

It's fun to see the hashtag #AustraliaHasFallen gaining popularity just to piss off those who wants everyone in lockdown.

The country of Australia is undergoing the most Draconian measures to supposedly combat the spread of COVID-19 of any nation in the world right now.
The hashtag #AustraliaHasFallen is trending on Twitter to show some scenes from this emerging dystopia that will eventually be exported to the rest of the world. https://twitter.com/TheRightMelissa/status/1429809112733323281

So here is something else weird. Minnesota is now reporting along with their daily deaths the month the death is from. Now, I guess I would have though the daily deaths were like, the people who died yesterday. However, we had seven deaths today, two of which were from the winter.

How in the goddamn hell are they deciding people died of covid half a year later? Aren't these people long dead and buried? Wouldn't you have tested this earlier than now? It's not a one off, the past week they started it there's been a death or two from the winter.
Absolutely to stoke fear, knowing that people will just look at the number of deaths and think that there are bodies piling up in the streets. My county has almost always included the dates of death in their daily updates, but people ignore this. I can't tell you how many times, especially during the surge over the winter, someone on my city's subreddit would post something like "100 PEOPLE DIED YESTERDAY!" or "Please give your respects to the 76 people who died yesterday, wear a mask!" No, 76 people died between December 2020 and February 2021--their deaths were reported yesterday. Also, almost as soon as deaths stopped being reported every day about 2 or 3 months ago, suddenly they started digging into old deaths that occured in 2020. So suddenly after 3-4 days of 0 deaths, suddenly there'd be 7. From 2020. Being reported in 2021.

I thought I had uncle Rhabdo in February, the emergency room was just filled with the usual old people sent from nursing homes for falls, people who got into fights and were fucked up and mothers with kids. Drug seekers wanting pain pills.

They already had the excuse "You don't see the ICU and the COVID wards!!!" last year when the conspiritards were going into ERs and posting pictures on Facebook going "SEE THE ER IS EMPTY COVID DOESN'T EXIST WAKE UP SHEEPLE".

Just remember: these are Canadian courts, For all we know, they could side with the province.
As a Canadian I can confirm they will absolutely side with the province. We have no recourse here in Canada, there is absolutely nothing we can do to fight because any court cases will take years to be heard and by then your morale is so fucked you wish for a painless death.
Cant wait to see JimmyNigger’s take on super SUPER Ebola AIDS Covid 22.
