Realistically, I think it will be a plea with Ralph doing his gutmost to avoid jail time. He'll probably be back on probation or some shit, who knows.

The laws in my shitty leaf country say that if you're only convicted of non-consensual pornography you don't have to register as a sex offender and it looks like Virginia is the same
From what I've read here: § 8.01-40.4. Virginia law allows the damaged party to sue for punitive damages, compensatory damages, and attorney’s fees, even if the defendant has never been charged or convicted
So, if she's a smart grill, and she'd have to be to get a restraining order against the oberguntenfuhrer, she can probably take every penny he has left. The fact that her name is known across the internet, and this thread exists, is enough of a basis to initiate a civil suit for damages. Her reputation as a woman is at stake here after all

I don't know or care about what the actual law has to say about any of this, but in a perfect world he will get a month or two in jail, registered as a sex offender, and maybe some house arrest to top it all off.
