Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I was like 7 and I remember my mom was so scared she made my dad buy a ton of bottled water, ramen noodles and spaghetti Os (didn't have much money in the first place sooo).

In the end it was nothing but I remember it foundly cuz I LOVED both of those things and all of my other siblings hated em but we HAD to eat what my dad bought.

I personally blame PAX tv for it cuz that's all my mother watched at the time.

My aunt freaked out and I had to fly to Nashville and drive the whole way back to Texas with her because she was afraid the world was going to end. She also had something like a pallet of canned peaches in the back of her SUV (I guess because she figured peaches were going to be the new currency in a post apocalyptic world?)

That being said, when everyone was counting down to the New Year at the house party I was at, I flipped the main breaker when they got to zero.
