Prosecutors just often prefer this. They don't want to get caught with their drawers down when suddenly a raftload of evidence shows up and they've let the perp completely off the hook.
I've speculated that, but that was when I was stupidly believing the Gunt's claims the case had actually been dismissed and was based on that assumption. If I'd known the actual situation, I'd have assumed it was a deal of some kind.
He hasn't sued anyone at all despite his continual blustering. All the legal actions he's been involved in have either been criminal or civil prosecutions of himself and he's lost or surrendered in every single one, except the current one, which he will probably cave in on too, despite having previously trumpeted his complete exoneration by lying that the case had been dismissed.
Anyone who has to look at that undulating gunt, that shit covered thumb, and that thumb dick is going to sentence him to the max just to get revenge.
The best part is how he's trying to ignore it, because he'd have to admit that his own "gold star callers" leaked that shit to me and at this point, he can't have more faith in him or his "community" shaken after the leak of his paypigs' credit card numbers.
