Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

No not necessarily. Leaks usually result when one side/individual of the administration is looking to get an advantage over another. If Biden did actually die it affects all of them so there's collective self-interest in ensuring nothing comes out until the future administrative arrangement is confirmed.

It's the liberal AJC, who try to make Warnock out to be this unstoppable black messiah, but as long as Herschel has a good assistant (who is basically telling him what to say), he'll win easily. And he can just bully people like Romney and Sasse and it will be :story:

Just saw an article stating he delayed because the G7 is demanding he push back the withdrawal.

They don’t have time to get their people out (and won’t be able to if we abandon the Airport in a week). If they can’t get their folks out, I can only wonder how many of our folks are stuck outside the airfield (their people were there in smaller numbers and they’ve gone out to retrieve them).

At this point, the only thing I want to hear out of this guy’s mouth is “I, Joseph Robinette Biden, hereby resign from the office of the President of the United States”.

This, regardless of if he is dead right now or not, I'd expect leaks on that to be SLOW. The Cabal hate each other, but none of them gain by leaking that, they all lose.

literally 20 minutes after it was reported that US troops are leaving that airport on cargo planes, the State Dept. tells its US citizens *not* to travel to the airport because it's 'too dangerous'.

they are getting stranded in enemy territory, 100%. apparently, it wasn't enough to evacuate the military first and civilians last by mistake during the past few months...now he has to do it on purpose in a 1-week speedrun.

The great irony is that Trump was just a great negotiator because he was a businessman, so he knew how to cut deals with people that they were happy with, even if of course he got a piece of the pie himself.

Joe Biden, whose a literal career politican with 48 years in Washington, has no idea (or is completely incapable now) of negotiating with OTHER politicans.

The Democrats are so fucking lucky we are 15 months from midterms and not 3. Then again, maybe Biden (or Kamala) will have even more time to fuck up even worse.

Biden has joined the 41%, in approval rating. You know how impossible it is for a Democrat President to have an approval rating THAT low?
