I think I might sense a little regret about the forehead tat.

Apparently he had to have the tattoo removed as a condition for parole. So it just looks like a faded mess now.

They should’ve let him keep it. Let it serve as a big warning sign to stay the fuck away from this loser. It would’ve helped the community.

I don't have a picture of him, but I once knew a meth-dealing pedofag (after I was too old to be molested) who had a big tattoo on the whole front of his neck that just said "DOG." Like, why that? Is it supposed to be scary to just have the name of an animal written on your neck? What if it was something like "HIPPO" or "TITMOUSE?"
 
This is why in certain states you can’t donate blood for a year after getting a tattoo. In some states there’s no licensing or inspections. I talked with some people in Georgia and they mentioned having to watch and make sure the tattooist gets a fresh needle out of new packaging, and that people who get tattoos are the best for finding the clean places.
