One of the earlier posts on here said it was “non-binary affirmation surgery”. So: a new form of mutilation that greedy and unscrupulous surgeons are pushing onto young people who otherwise wouldn’t have considered surgery.

As someone else said, those are 'nonbinary' surgeries that have been mislabeled as FtMs. I have no idea why insurance is covering 'nonbinary' surgeries but it makes the surgeons money so they are offered all over the place.

The result looks almost identical to the mastectomy a friend got a while back because she had a bad breast cancer gene and did not want a reconstruction. According to her, it is really not worth saving the nipples most of the time because they have barely any function/sensation, look weird, and are prone to dying and falling off.

I suppose the surgeons who used to do that have now relabeled the nipple-free surgery as 'nonbinary' and expanded their market.

There was a trans man competing on the last season of drag race who made it to the final, and it provoked a lot of that discussion. Here "he" is as Paris Hilton

(Tbf he passes a lot better out of drag compared to most Aidens and usually does interesting nightmare clown makeup rather than glamour makeup, but still).

Most of the controversy surrounding post-op trans women and trans men (biological females) performing on Drag Race is that RuPaul himself stated it gave them an ''unfair advantage'' in the competition. I think he just has this preconcieved notion that only gay men should do drag and nothing else, but that's my personal opinion.

Of course RuPaul was immensely shat on for this. He ended up apologizing, but the damage was already done. A lot of drag performers work side by side with gender non-conforming people, male and female, so this really tainted the public image of RPDR, as well as RuPaul's status as the queen of drag.

Them including a trans man and now a cisgender female is a PR move and nothing more. I doubt RuPaul has genuinely changed his stance on anyone other than gay men being able to do drag. This dude is 60 years old.

You know, this finally made me realise what a BITCH his wife is. She's denying the kids an incredible role model and teacher. I know that as a child I could have really used a parent who "gets overwhelmed at the store". I'm so glad he had kids. Having a parent like that really makes you feel safe. You always know they've got the situation covered.

So the same old circular argument, then: Dude "presents" female in dress and makeup, no one cares, because no reasonable person gives a fuck about how anyone else dresses unless they are hiring them for a job.

But it's not enough to just settle for "presenting" or just wearing a fucking dress if that's what you really want to do. Oh no. Reality must rewritten.

Dude then insists he is factually female, needs access to females spaces, demands that all persons, organizations and government recognize him as female and that whoever he wants to fuck or be fucked by be obliged to fuck or be fucked by him, peppered with threats of violence against anyone, particularly any biological woman, who even mildly disagrees with any of these demands. You just know he's downplaying how lazy he truly is. These tweets have made me feel even more for the wife than I already do. Sounds like he does absolutely nothing all day. The difference between feminine cis men and feminine trans men (or the other way around) is that feminine cis men don't fucking need to prove to anyone what gender they are. But if you expect everyone to go out of their way to respect your identity and act all woe is me I'm being misgendered, maybe put in a little more effort to come off as a man? If you're perfectly comfortable showing your boobs, wearing skirts and using heavy makeup, but the only thing that triggers you is not being referred to as a boy, what is exactly trans about you again?
