Fun fact, before Mask was privatized, the original Sus Remix video was copyright struck and taken down IIRC.with some hate towards the "Sus Remix" thrown into the mix as seen below.

Based on what I've seen people talking about, it's likely that it was just taken down because of the criticism. I've heard some people say that some of the animation was stolen (can't find any proof of this) and that's why it was taken down, but at the same time the lyric video is still up and that's known to have used traced art (or they're confusing the two). Stans are blaming the antis for hating on the video because "they worked hard on it" and "it meant a lot to Dream", with some hate towards the "Sus Remix" thrown into the mix as seen below. Boy, is Dream gonna be in for a ride when he realizes that ever since Mask's "Sus remix" came out, any music he releases will more than likely have a sus version of it.Fun fact, before Mask was privatized, the original Sus Remix video was copyright struck and taken down IIRC.
What copyright issue would he run into? It's def because he's trying to help his image.Good riddance.
But do you think it was privated to help his brand image, or because of copyright or something?
I'm leaning towards the first, but I've seen varied takes on this.
IIRC the money was paid to Phyre, who then paid the rest of the PhyreProductions team. This is pretty par for the course, since usually the client (Dream) only has direct correspondence with the project leader (Phyre) versus the whole team. Not to mention Phyre is already in charge of paying her team, since they've already released a few animations that are getting monetized.Did the person that made the music video ever get paid? I know there was someone on Twitter claiming to have made it and never got compensated. I'd like to imagine that maybe the people involved got the mind to actually lawyer up but knowing Dream fans those dumb shits are probably thinking, "Dream must be REEEEALLY busy, I hope remembers to pay me soon XDDD"
The future of mankind, peopleFunny shit I found on a Discord.

Retract previous statement about alec being under the mask, hair is too different. Still a deadringer for coleton though.
Idk, but did you hear that one of Dream's speedruns is apparently being investigated? I wonder if they'll release a video about it, that Geosquare guy did a really good job with his "Tallest Cactus" video, I'd love to hear what he has to say about it.Do you think that's a model wearing the mask or Dream's just slimmed down?
Well if that's his strategy, he needs to expand to something else as well because these songs I don't think are going to cut it. Joji, he is not.Children aren't allowed on the Kiwifarms.

Anybody else notice how Dream's focusing less and less on Minecraft lately? I know he's already been gradually drifting away from it with his music "career" but I swear he's mentioned the game as little as possible lately. Maybe I'm just schizoposting but it just seems like he's trying to generate more mainstream appeal now.
His smartest strategy would be continuing with business ventures that don't involve being a youtuber or content creator, like his Shirt Hits The Fan company.Well if that's his strategy, he needs to expand to something else as well because these songs I don't think are going to cut it. Joji, he is not.
Such rapid and spontaneous umbrage from some internet teenager expressing doubt that they sexually identified as a Minecraft YouTuber before genderspecial shit became popular, when they were probably like 12 at the time.Funny shit I found on a Discord.

If that's not an indication of falling into the lower 41% of the troon demographic, I don't know what ever could be.
Well I identify as nullsexual. Don't invalidate me, there are at least a few of us!Well frankly, I identify as keemstarsexual, and you wouldn't dare invalidate me
