These massive freak-outs are just Phil petting himself in a vain attempt to calm himself down.

He has to try and make it seem like "WOAHHHHH WTFFF WOAHHHH??? HUUUHHHH????? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!?"

When in reality he is trying to throw out so much bullshit to try and make it seem like what "the trolls" say is batshit crazy, but it's just adding up monthly expenses and calling out his blatant lies.

Haha now he is doing the "shift the blame" and putting it squarely on Twitch.....sure bud, the reason you are always broke is because of Twitch....sure.

Nothing in particular. He's just insecure about his membership and view count as of late. Both his concurrent members and views have been stagnant for weeks now. He can't even crack over 300 views anymore even on a salty rant pre-stream and new releases such as Psychonauts 2. He's sitting here at only a paltry 236 viewers while DDM has ~300 viewers.

Good bit about this is that he didn't get baited at all. He brought this money talk all by himself because he hasn't been hitting the tips goal in the past couple days.

But he has a passion for videogames and doesn't do it for the money by the way.

Didn’t someone in his chat ask him yesterday on the chance that Phil would dip his toe back in the competitive game scene citing the amount of money present in the prize pools and Phil shoo’d off that possibility? Come on Phil, you claim to be good and if you dedicate your time on a particular fighting game, you should (in theory) be competent enough to enter tournaments right? It’s not like the variety streaming is doing anything for you since you have to propose “fundraisers” every 2-3 weeks. Maybe the variety streaming isn’t good Phil. Better yet, maybe you just suck as a gamer and entertaining personality for anyone that isn’t braindead or a derich.

his solution to his incompetence is for youtube to make membership donations so that he can have some retard drop 600 paid memberships like on twitch.
he is realizing that he is in the verge of sinking bellow $10k permanently and his first thought is to ask for more money offering the same shitty content he's been doing to years.

First it was "everyone from Twitch is gonna migrate over to YouTube and support the stream". Finally he's getting bitch slapped by the reality that most of those subs were gifted and other subs were just people using their "free" Amazon prime sub. I hope YouTube never ever implements gifted subs.
