To understand Russ's filing, you have to remember he doesn't define words the same as the rest of us. To him, harassment is any statement directed at him that isn't slavish praise. He regards any criticism, no matter how gently phrased as a personal attack. He perceives anyone telling him no as yelling at him. The guy at the pawn shop probably told him no, and Russ got belligerent and was told to leave. We've said his song are awful, and to him, we're attacking him personally. He can't grow or improve at anything he does because he cannot accept that he's not perfect at whatever it is he's doing. He doesn't think he needs to improve because he's already the best and it's just the trolls and mentally ill people keeping him from his deserved fame.

Think of all the gas station flowers he could have bought! I wonder how much money he's blown recently. We aren't harassing him. Talking about someone is not harassment, if it was, then every elected official in the country could sue their critics. As for defamation, well, he seems to think he really didn't plead guilty to the harassment charge, so us saying he's a convicted harasser is somehow not true. He did in fact plead guilty, so it's true and therefore not defamation.
