Yes, or she may have soft blocked him just because she was fed up with his constant replies.
For non-Twitter users, a soft block is when you block a follower and then immediately unblock them. This has the effect of forcing them to unfollow your account, but without making it obvious that they’ve been blocked. If he starts following her again, it was probably a soft block.

Yeah, agreed. If you need room in the title, @Cryin RN , Magical Star Buddy can probably go. It was a one-time mention in a Chinese 'zine and while funny as hell, hasn't really had the traction of many other Russ nicknames.

Yeah, but Russ will find a way. He's escalating the insanity, so directly suing the lawyer who has a perfect record of victory over him does seem like the next step.

I think Skordas is planning on Russel suing him. He already planned for it in this filing. Note how Russ gave him the opportunnity to refer to Russ as a Serial Litigant. The harassment charges are idiotic. He'd have to prove that not only were his "trolls" from the farms but they were specifically directed by Null to stalk and harass him. Otherwise Null wouldn't be liable for their actions. He'd have to sue the trolls directly.
