Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

The statistic that 9/10 people killed by drone strikes are innocent civilians is a misunderstanding. The Executive Drone Strike program was this little gay thing where each target was chosen and then a team of lawyers looked at it and said, "yeah this guy fits the criteria." Next up comes a hellfire missile. The 9/10 thing is that nine of the ten people who are killed in the average strike were not the intended target. They were just his friends and allies who were also likely terrorists, but were not vetted through the process for targeting.

So, rather than civilian casualties, think of them as the sort of bodyguards and functionaries who surround terrorist leaders. Usually...

What can I say? I'm a cheap/broke fag and I like carbonation/bubbles more than anything. Plus 40s are like a redneck/ghetto version of hipster/soyboy beers (I like to pretend I'm doing my part to destroy the snobbiness of modern beer).

I WOULD be drinking a Bavarian Augustiner Helles Lager (best beer I've ever had) but 1) not an American drink and 2) can't buy in the states. :(

Shit sucks right now, big time. But whether it's my arguably dangerous-for-my-own-good optimism, or morbid fascination of this dumpster fire, I want to see what happens next.

Edit: You know, there's a certain point where someone has clearly spent way too much time reading text on a forum thread talking about politics when you interpret a joke as concern.
