I don't think so but he did tweet at a surgeon in the same metro area (Laura M Douglass) asking for advice on how to deal with post-op hypergranulation (link, extremely NSFL).

Despite her name Dr. Douglass is in fact Asian, so we don't even know if she performed his surgery or if this is just part of his "thing" of targeting Asian women.

Edit: I am not a Yaniv expert but I searched "Rumer" in his subforum and there was nothing about him trying to get her to do his dick chop, just flippant comments about how she is the gold standard for awful SRS. Apparently his was probably done by a Dr. Brassard in Montreal who also has a very negative reputation. It's almost like butchering genitals then rearranging them like balloon animals is a bad idea!

2: Her “breasts are too big to exercise”? So she can’t lift weights? Or do squats? Or go for walks? Hmm, sure sounds reasonable!

If this is a real photo then yes. Skinny men's navels are (roughly) level with the top of their pelvis, so either he has really unfortunate anatomy or he also had it removed. That being said nipple removal is going to leave scars so I'm inclined to think that photo is just a really good shop.
