The thread where you post your mildly unpopular opinions

Homosexuality is okay as you take the proper hygienic precautions and don't cheapen it by constantly fucking random weirdos for fun. Gay marriage should be treated with the same prudence and reservation as traditional heterosexual marriage, as something special between two people who respect themselves and each other. What we call "faggotry" is just the casual, vulgar, and gratuitous glorification of sexuality without substance, and it extends just as much to Nicki Minaj as it does to Lil' Nas X.

also hazbin hotel is pretty good
i like the spider, he's cute

The American political right should be more open to refugees and immigrants. The reason that Europe does so poorly at integration is because they create parallel societies through their policies of pluralism. Publicly funded Muslim schools and legally binding Sharia courts? No shit they're doing poorly at integration. A form of secularism that bans Hijabs, but gives preferential treatment to crosses? That offensive nonsense would not fly in the USA.

The United States is far better at integration simply because it treats people equally, and conservatism would benefit from most immigrants. Most Latinos are deeply socially conservative (evangelism has exploded in Central America and Brazil) and most Muslims are not woke colored-hair people despite what progressive news sites want you to think. Immigrants are not pushed away by conservative values, they're pushed away by the outright hatred of immigrants displayed by many on the right. The shift away from neoliberal nonsense should not mean anti-immigrant populism, and the right would benefit from focusing on how legally immigrating is punishing, while coming illegally is encouraged.

I have no problem with immigration itself. It's the Left giving illegals benefits and rights that they shouldn't have because they're criminals. As well as having the audacity to call them "undocumented" because apparently calling them what they are is "racist".

I definitely welcome regular immigrants into our fold, but they need to follow proper procedure as anyone else and don't use their skin color as an excuse for shitty behavior.

I’m fine with Latino immigrants, they’re hard working, actually try to assimilate into the culture and usually don’t buy into the wokescold crap

muzzrats can gtfo and stay out though

Dragon Ball Z is very boring, things that should take 2 or 3 episodes take closer to 10+.

I don't get the whole fad of making food as hot/spicy as you can. Why make food unpleasant to eat?

No office chair should be modelled after racing seats, the design is just painful to sit on and offers no benefits. On that note, most gaming chairs are shit for that reason.

Movies are still as good ever they have ever been overall, just more and more of the best movies aren't from the big studios now.

A three-course meal is more than anyone should be able to eat or would want to eat in one sitting.

I dislike window cleaners, it's a weird job and something most people should be able to do themself at a fraction of the cost.

Watching sports on TV is mostly boring, outside fighting sports.

Darts, pool, chess and others like them, aren't sports, they are just games. Nothing wrong with being a game, but sports needs to be an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess.

At my store I see these single spicy “challenge” chips that are about the size of your palm. I blame stuff like the cinnamon challenge or similar clickbait shit.

As for the games thing, people need to justify the amount of time they’ve wasted doing a hobby and legitimize it into something socially acceptable. The “Pro-gaming” scene for example.

Like, I spend a shit ton of my free time playing video games, I don’t see myself as an Olympic athlete. I know I’m just a sperg.

If you must ask, you don't know any women.

They're all faggots.
Good to see an expert opinion on the subject posted.

Silence is underrated and misinterpreted. It's very useful for making others interrogate themselves in public when they try and fill up the space.

Soy is a pretty great, even though it's now become a meme and vegans have ruined it in the west.
It's dirt cheap.
Soy sauce is way better in soup than just salt. Dehydrated soy chunks are a great long-term storage protein source. Soy "milk" can act as a substitute for cow milk in most baking related stuff and doesn't need refrigeration. Cubed and fried Tofu is a great side WITH meat, rather than a substitute FOR it. Roasted soy beans are an awesome snack with some olive oil and spices. Pairing soy protein with whey protein in a shake gives you the perfect blend of quickly digested (whey) protein and slow-to-digest soy protein to fuel regeneration.
