Well, shit. I'm disabled, so I should be getting a girlfriend and lots of money soon right? And nobody can make fun of me ever even if I do something really stupid!
Only one girlfriend? Dude, did you even study law? ADA gives you 10 girlfriends, mansion, and Elon Musk as slave. Brush up on your ADA law!

I don't want Elon Musk, I want his gf. She's insane and I'm attracted to crazy women. But maybe I can get a rocket and launch Russ into space. I'm torn on whether or not I'll let him come back to Earth.

Not sure if we ever determined he did, but he was let go from a law firm because he was suing Taylor Swift, and they were concerned he would use company resources to further his idiocy. Had he done so, the firm he worked for could have been sued, so they were right to let him go.
What you are talking about is actually a mix of Russ' unverified claims about two of the firms he worked at. He talks about them in his second lawsuit (100 million dollars y'all) against Tay Tay. He was at an intellectual property law firm for 1,5 years, that is where he was fired from because of his first Swift lawsuit. After that he went to a debt collection agency where he lasted only a couple of days, he claimed his boss said that due to his lawsuit it is a possibility that Ratface would misuse the databases the agency has access to and fired him. Obviously, these claims were made by Shitlips and based on his book we know how much he loves to retcon past events to make himself look better, so their truthfulness is highly suspect at best.

Russ is on the younger side of just the right age of ADA accommodations becoming common in schools and the workplace. ADA came to be in 1990 but it took time for people that need it (and those that don't) to get the feel for the idea that they could ask for x reasonable accommodation and get x reasonable accommodation. By the time Russ came of age who knows what special privileges he had. Think of all the times you have seen someone with a special chair, extra time on tests, extra breaks, freedom to roam. Russ might have got the idea that anything and everything is a reasonable accommodation.

Also... who the hell are these people? "amonte_the_drummer" appears to be an actual person, as does "peanuthowe." They're a musician and a comedian, respectively. Are they just spamming positive comments on random posts in the hope of getting more exposure for themselves? I'm not very Instagram savvy -- is that something people do?

He thinks it gives him special treatment, not equal treatment or a reasonable accommodation. I worked with a woman who was in a wheelchair, and she needed a wider desk to work at, and access to the wheelchair-accessible stall in the restroom. Fortunately, we had a bigger desk in storage, and her cube was right next to the restroom by her request. That's a reasonable accommodation. Russ would expect to be paid twice what everyone else in his position was getting, and that he be allowed time off with pay to work on his "music." And oh yeah, company-funded hooker expeditions.

Alright everyone, the incel anthem "She Don't Like Nice Guys" is recorded, but Russ hasn't decided exactly how he wants to become an international superstar from it just yet.

Will he make it public?

Or will he just say "fuck it" and shoot right to the top of the charts?

(Oh ay oh!)
I'm not good with faces but is amonte_the_drummer Russ's hired gun from the AGT failure? They have a sort of familiar rapport with "bro"'and "man" and it looks like amonte is in Vegas and gig hungry. Is he just encouraging Russ for another payday? I'd love to if any of Gourdhead's Hired Guns to shared stories here but 🌈.

That production is absolutely horrible, and it sounds like a shit version of how pop music sounded in 2008
That's where his musical tastes stagnated so of course he's going to write a shitty pop song from the later bit of the 2000's. You actually expect him to write something current? That would take talent not to mention a desire to listen to bland pop from today.

We can only imagine the full lyrics to the new Greer disaster. But it has to be about a woman who turned down a Greer DM.
Whatever it is,it's far below his typical level of songs.
The only other lyrics we know are:

"She cries about another bad breakup, yeah she don't like nice guys" and "yeah it's obvious to see, she don't like nice guys like me."

Pure lyrical genius.

(And just release the damn thing, dingus, I've already got the video made in my head...)

I don't remember the "so I don't have to give Russ any money" thing related to any of his songs (all of which were on free streaming services anyway). I do remember it being posted related to his book (which isn't hosted here). I could be wrong... point me in the direction of the post if you have it.

The user would have to dox themselves, not just to Null but to Russell Greer, so that he could decide whether to sue them. Doesn't sound like a good plan to me.
Some posts have been deleted (because copyright infringement) but page 1447 has this in response to a poster saying that he had paid for ($1.25) and downloaded the song:
Holy shit it is.

Upload it here so no one else accidentally gives Russell money.
at which point the poster did so.
Was Null DMCA'd properly...
As you went through and cataloged, it would appear that Russ, after a string of failed attempts, likely sent a valid DMCA. It also seemed that Null accepted its authenticity yet declined to honor it. This is all entirely on the up and up... but it means he can't necessarily rely on safe harbor and may very well have to argue the merits of the copyright infringement claim. The point of DMCAs is that they are supposed to prevent some hapless website owner from having to defend themselves in a lengthy case just because a user (unbeknownst to them) posted infringing content on the website. But when you are properly informed of it and basically tell the copyright holder to sue you, it's hard to hide in safe harbor.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, Russ had a completely reasonable claim for which relief could conceivably be granted by the courts (should they decide in his favor) yet he spent 95% of his effort on nonsense that would be laughed at by any jurist.

No, she don’t like nice guys
(Oh ay oh)
She likes the bad boys who make her cry
She don’t like gentlemen who

This is beyond parody. The lyrics read like they were written as an intentional sendup of incels. The production sounds similar to that of SongCat Music -- the studio Russell blamed for the failure of "I Get You, Taylor Swift." It really sounds like he cheaped out in comparison to "Yo, Yovanna." While "Yo, Yovanna" was no masterpiece, it resembled a normal piece of pop music aside from the lyrics. This sounds like what it is: a vanity recording. I cannot wait to hear the full version of this.

We live in a society. (Oh ay oh)

I think when Russell finally snaps, he'll deliver his blood-soaked manifesto in the form of a bouncy pop tune.

Instead of the usual manifesto, the detectives will just cite this and his failed court filings when the next woman he decides to harass turns him down and he ends up on the 5PM news.

(Oh ay oh!)

I think he is waiting for the dubstep collab with Lucas “bad boy with a heart of gold” Werner….

Fuck I’d love to hear that.
