As funny as it would be if Ralph gets charged with battery I doubt it will happen, the only battery Ralph is getting is the kind that fits in Nora's dildo.

He's probably not going to get charged but I think the concern here is that the state of Virginia can simply look at the footage and decide he's not going to be allowed to stay out on bail. This is something they don't have to prosecute, they can make the determination themselves. If Ralph is genuinely concerned about this enough to send over capos, he should not commit crimes on camera.

This is assuming he's out on bail still. I know he posted bail and then the case was set aside. I don't have the knowledge to say if he's still considered out on bail or not.

Ralph went to Vegas on a "working vacation" thinking he'll briefly escape his life. He borrowed other people's lifestyle for 2 weeks. He took this mission quite seriously, so he wen't on a concert and when he saw people jumping in the audience he calculated in his head that he'll blend in and jump as if he is one of them. This out of character behavior caused him to hurt his ankle, which he turned into a win by posting feet pictures thinking he's one upping Josh who refuses to take his socks off. He said he "never saw this guy performing before" as if his known for going to concerts and seeing live performances regularly. He is unable to blend in even in a big crowded city full of freaks. The walls of his miserable life are closing in on him even in the places that should provide perfect camouflage.

Ralph would do himself a favor if he stayed in his miserable crackshack, but he can't stand it. Maybe he'll blend in if he ends up in jail, but I tend to doubt even that.
