I have been living in different areas Ontario for about 4 years and one of the main issues I am facing is the large density of Pajeets.

the colleges are ruined because of them and all they do is cheat there and show no innovations, all the work places are also filled with them covering bathroom doorknobs with ass juice and shit because they don't wash hands, they stink up public transportation smelling like farts and puke, and lastly I mostly see them renting rooms and have to deal with their autistic yelling on the phone at 4:00AM and shitting on the toilet seat.

I have considered Alberta but when reading through the college reviews they say that they are a breeding ground for Indian international students. So I don't know where in Canada is safe from this madness.

Vancouver Island is not the city of Vancouver. Go north of Duncan and it's whites and Natives almost exclusively, with Vancouver Island as a whole 79% white European origin and based Phillipines serving the majority of Asian immigrants. If you really want a low-pajeet zone below the Arctic circle, yeah, you have to pay a real estate premium.
