I googled around a bit about cancer in the shoulder, and it sounds like it probably is Chondrosarcomas which in general is very easy to handle and recover from. He’s young too, and rich, and I truly hope that he’ll recover fast. He’s one of the only ones out there that doesn’t massively bait his content. Also pleasantly surprised that there hasn’t really been anyone talking negatively about it other than bait accounts.

maybe this, as a positive in this shit, can lead to toxic stan twt realising that cancelling on a bird app is fucking retarded.

Oh yes, some of the younger people in the DSMP crowd is starting to shift to Hermitcraft. Unsure if this is good because it expunges all the cringe from the DSMP fanbase or if it’s bad because it’s latching onto Hermitcraft now.

Good for one simple reason. I'm betting the moment Hermitcraft does a big thing, there's going to need to be double the amount of "knock it the fuck off" asides from the creators than there normally is, which Dream and his groupies never do, whereas the hermits do this quite often, especially Grian, who's the one they're latching onto the most, so it's going to cause a massive autism storm from the stans from daring to be told no.

In other words, I look forward to the stans facing somebody with a backbone.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't curious to see how long they stay with the Hermits before jumping ship to the next SMP (Though with the second season of 3rd Life sometime in the future, it might be a hot second). There is a difference in how intimate streamers are and how youtubers are. Even the Hermits who stream regularly (Joe, Cub and Iskall for example) either don't stream Hermitcraft (Iskall) or don't fit that generic attractive white boy aesthetic the stans desire (no offense to Joe and Cub lol)

I will say in just perusing through the Hermitcraft tag it seems like there's quiet a few people who have been watching HC for awhile who really don't like Dream and are annoyed with the stans that have migrated over. I've seen a lot of these older fans snap at the stans as well for crossing lines and just being awful. If I get a chance I'll have to try and grab some screenshots. (A small side as well, a lot of HC fans seem to be Hbomb fans are are super pissed at Dream for accidentally sending his rabid fans to harass him for "cheating" at MCC)

I really enjoy Schlatt's stuff so I'm happy to hear he has some stuff in the works so he'll still be around. I feel so bad for him though with all that other personal shit going on.

I did an actual Walter White face before I watched it, I'm glad he's not giving up. I love that he's one of the few content creators with balls to tell people off, hope I get to see more of him.

Apparently, the DREAMSMP UPDATES! twitter account tweeted this video, note that this was the only video they featured since "blackface" incident (that's what the replies say, at least). A lot of quote retweets have been talking about it.

From what I understand, this account also celebrates birthdays, but they didn't tweet about Technoblade's birthday (June 1st). Sounds like it's ran by some Dream fan.

Schlatt is one of the few big youtuber’s out there that you can really tell has a good heart, no matter how “problematic” people think he is. Hopefully he has a good year next year or sooner, it’s been hell for him since January from what I’ve seen.

I don’t see how anyone could watch this video and not feel bad for the Big Guy. If anyone on Twitter is celebrating, they’re probably the same heartless fucks who celebrated Techno having cancer.


A bit off topic, but holy shit Mizkif sucks. He sold the house out from under Schlatt and left him homeless, and put Carson on stream without telling Schlatt, all that pretty much in the span of a month.
Speaking from an impartial view on the guy, that’s just scummy behavior. He was milking Schlatt for content for months after he joined OTK, and then he goes and treats him like that.

Yeah, Mizkif was Schlatt and Connor’s landlord. Like Schlatt mentioned, the house was in desolate state. The light in the bathroom didn’t work, the microwave set itself on fire while he tried to make popcorn, the carpet was apparently terrible as well, plus other things. So he didn’t even bother to fix it up for them, he just kinda left it as is, and apparently whoever is moving in there now will have to deal with that.

The thing is, I used to watch Mizkif when Schlatt first joined OTK for Schlatt content, but I kept watching him because he was one of the few people calling out Stan culture and he had a decent community.
I don’t know what happened, but the past few months specifically he’s kind of taken the road of being “controversial” but in an asshole way.
He began palling around with Alinity and going places with her, and for a bit they harassed a fast food worker because? Funny? He brought Carson, the guy who basically lied to Schlatt and manipulated him for a year, onto his stream without informing Schlatt and then said that he “was ok with it” when Schlatt never said that, which got him under fire, again. Which I might be crazy, but that doesn’t sound like something you’d do to a friend.
But yeah, Mizkif is just turning into helluva prick, which is disappointing given how he calls out Dream Stans without being insufferable like Kaceyton is.

There's also the fact that most of the guys are married/have families/are obviously over the age of twink. I don't know about the female members of the server, though.
