100% agree. Phil's decade long legacy is a bit of a meme but the guy is still going and still making relativey good money. He somehow manages to milk thousands of dollars per month out of a stream that often gets fewer than 300 viewers. His actual fans are almost universally complete losers too. It's not like he has a cadre of Arab oil princes following him. This oic guy might be someone like this, but I don't get that impression.

Phil being an irresponsible retard with zero impulse control doesn't make him stupid. He's a fairly successful streamer by the only metric that really counts: income. And he consistently manages to find people like oic who will donate substantial sums of money to him.

It's more luck than skill IMO. You or me couldn't start up a stream like that today and get any money, the reason he's able to is from the early days, and his notoriety. I don't really think he's a con artist so much as a loser who doesn't seem himself doing anything wrong.

I believe Silent Bob has been around longer then OnlyIcedCuck by almost a full year, he started to cheer more and donate more openly and consistently abound the 4th of October 2019 (using PigPigGo as a reference point). Not too sure about OIC's first appearance in the goutsphere, but you have his donation track record on your google doc spreadsheet yeah? Depending on how far back it goes, you might find that there isn't much of a correlation between the two of them.

Edit: Actually scratch that SilentBob has been around probably earlier then that it seems, but he was under a different name?
