There are no "Common Law" marriage laws on the books in the state. Usally one parent or the other will claim the child for tax purposes, some do this with alternating years.

With everyone and their grandmas working from home, "internet money" has never been easier to obtain. You could janny for Youtube/Twitch/Reddit/Discord, do customer service for mobile games, code, be a data analyst, so many things they're not really possible to count. Out of all these internet-based jobs she chose the hardest and the one for which she's the least prepared: content creation.
To put things into perspective: she failed when she was leeching off Digibro, who was doing pretty well afaik, why would she think leeching off the gunt would in any way be better? Like, the man's "content" needs to be digested by a whole forum of speds and spergs to be somewhat entertaining. Not a good plan at all, she should be a paid janny for Revolut or something, so she could be #trad, stay at home with her child and work.

Having a kid is 250k per child, she isn't working a sustainable "normie job" she's working one of the lowest paying, shittiest retail jobs. Would it pain her to go to a community college (even just an associates or cert would have her making more money) or trade school, (Or just get simple job training)? You don't have to have a bachelors from a super great university to make money, but raising kids on minimum wage seems almost impossible, especially with the cost of diapers, healthcare, food, etc. (Giving birth alone is a massive medical bill)

She was getting her degree while she was with Digibro, but she dropped out because it was getting in the way of smoking weed 24/7. She should be able to at least get loans or ask her parents for help, though. (Though I doubt her parents will give her any money while she's living with the hambeast.)

Yeah, it was a massive mistake, all for some short term gratification. I feel bad for a child that has to grow up with a mom who valued drugs over providing a good life for her child. Hopefully the guntling doesn't turn out too messed up in the end.
