Just watch out for fever and muscle cramps. Or shortness of breath.
Then again it seems to affect everyone differently. I know some people who lost their sense of taste, but not me.
I did (taste and smell loss) just a little bit. I was working from home pulling incredible hour totals while feeling like death on a biscuit. That was a rough couple of weeks. I'm older and a bit overweight but otherwise very healthy. For me, it was just a gnarly flu.
But, according to the CDC numbers; if you have a comorbidity the recovery rate is a paltry 99.96%. It's slightly less egregious without a comorbidity being 99.998%.*
But remember kids, if you refuse to get a vaccine or wear a mask, your intent on murdering grandma.
*Note - Calculations based on total number of deaths divided by total number of cases running from 1JAN2020 - 1JAN2021 and broken down by those with comorbidity (including trauma while infected) and those without.
Interestingly, the numbers since the vaccines have been available vary very little as far as infection rates and deaths. While the UK reports a 0.2% mortality by adverse reaction cases amongst the vaccinated. So twice as likely to die from the vaccine than from COVID?
