Its doubtful that anything legal will follow Byuu, things tend to get mucked up as soon as something goes overseas.

Saying that, if I ever saw an excuse for a lolcow to be created, this smashes the bar. I hope whatever future locations he goes to get doxxed, that his actual name is tied to this shit indefinitely, and he has to live with the consequences of this.

All because he decided that he wanted to take a cheap shot and "take down this horrible forum" when he also wanted to retire his online persona. He should of thought about 2 steps ahead of that plan before he tried, because its obviously very, very, fucking stupid.

Reminder of Patrick Klepek's top-notch investigative reporting for VICE:

What's the best way to retire an online persona except to very publicly tie it to your real identity to the point you'll never be allowed to use it again without people finding you.

Japan being Japan, there is actually a 99% change of conviction if your case gets picked up, specially if you are a foreigner, they love getting a legal excuse to criminalize and deport them.

I don't know about Byuu himself, but Hector has actively and openly being leading a campaign against KF using "trust me bro" as his only evidence. Which could actually be construed as a felony in Japan going by their penal code:

https://www.cas.go.jp/jp/seisaku/hourei/data/PC.pdf

Chapter XXXV. Crimes against Credit and Business Article 233. (Damage to Credit; Obstruction of Business) A person who damages the credit or obstructs the business of another by spreading false rumors or by the use of fraudulent means shall be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than 3 years or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen.

Fantastic work, brother.

But even assuming that the website did only catalogue part of June and that Near somehow knew about that fact, him planning a suicide to line up with those dates is only worth the effort if the whole thing was a work (after all, if he really planned on killing himself for real, why would he give a shit what the travel log looks like 8 months later?).

I'm firmly in the "Byuu's alive" category now. It was already where the smart money was, but this removes all doubt.
Strong doubts on Byuu knowing about that site. Seems like one of those things only people working in the state department, highly specialized lawyers and random autists on KF knows about.

Or maybe I’m just a dummy and it’s commoo knowledge?

Julie Terryberry hanged herself because of us and not at all because she just got dumped by the abusive boyfriend who she kept threatening to hang herself if he ever dumped her.
And Elizabeth Waite became an hero because of Kiwi Farms despite not even having a thread here, and not because Tranny Deathline hung up on her suicide call.

And Casey Marquez and Fransisco Fernandez were literally murdered in real life by a fascist Kiwi Farms incel despite... okay wait let's just forget about that one.

Byuu might have come out of this smelling of roses if it weren’t for Hector. If he’d just threatened suicide, posted a note and gone dark, he could have resurfaced later and claimed he had a breakdown due to harassment. Or he attempted suicide and failed. The troons would have accepted it, because he’s still a victim.

Now the only way Byuu can talk his way out of it is to throw Hector under the bus and claim he’s bullshitting. Either Hector goes with it and destroys his remaining reputation, or he fights it and Byuu’s fucked anyway.

Am I mixing up my dead trannies again? I thought Waite’s wife belived they were suicide-baiting and fucked it up.
No, and she actually posted here. Someone else on Facebook said they thought Waite would just sleep it off like after previous ODs so did nothing.

No, the wife came here to scream at us for killing Elizabeth, but then started attacking TLL instead after she was shown receipts. The Tranny Rat King retaliated by harassing her and trying to spread rumours that she murdered Elizabeth.

Late and off-topic, but US also has resident cards (those famous green cards) and gives everyone arrived through proper channels an alien number. It amazes me how little American citizens know about immigration process, but if you go to the USCIS website (https://www.uscis.gov/), there are pretty good explanations on all the intricacies and fees for filing (fees are only waved for refugees).
Also, there's a separate requirement to obtain a work authorization - if it's not a place that just pays cash.

Japan might be more strict in the sense that you have to carry your PR card everywhere and have it on you at all times, but US has similar bureaucratic frameworks, it just isn't that autistic.
I want America to be autistic.

Not sure this matters but someone else owns the Google phone number

It seems too soon for this phone number to have already be released if it had been seized. If it was abandoned willingly, this would be about the time we could see someone new have it. Well, realistically, if people were just randomly getting new numbers instead of requesting a specific one.

At <telecom company>, the system didn't cut off service unless the account was 30 days past due. We didn't seize numbers for months beyond that, too. I can't remember the exact numbers because it's been a few years, but I think it was 60 days past due, the number would be considered "abandoned," which would mean it would be released for someone new to claim it 30 days past that. It is worth mentioning that this was for post-paid accounts, which was my department. Pre-paid accounts could be different and obviously the policy at my company isn't indicative of Japanese carriers or even other US carriers. The consistent thing here is that it does take carriers in the US 30 days to release a number for a new owner.

So, Byuu could have abandoned the phone number in June, next month in July, someone could get the phone number. Well, anyone could get it, really. Call your carrier, complain that you have been getting weird calls or have a sketchy ex and you will be able to change your number. Hell, you might be able to fib a lie about how you're moving to Columbus, Ohio soon and want a local number. Because area codes and exchange codes mean nothing in the era of cell phones, you could probably specifically request it without raising eyebrows.
