Every Piece of Evidence that Byuu is alive:

1. You will not find any death in Japan for June. This was updated on September 1st. Aka, today.
Byuu supposedly died June 27th. So why is it that he is nowhere to be seen?B41DD642-FEA2-4CB0-B725-B9BBEE8590B9.jpeg

Hector’s Argument is that the government doesnt report deaths to this date… however:

EED8FBDF-21EC-436D-A747-BCA05C88C50C.jpeg
This site reports deaths up to June 28th. A day after Byuu’s death. If he REALLY started changing Byuu’s death date, then that alone would prove he was lying.

2. Hector has implied that if Byuu died, he should be on the list.

310A914C-9175-4A41-A03C-14BF9410EFD8.jpeg
He says that the stats “are not complete.” Implying that Byuu’s death should be logged onto that list, provided he is dead in the first place.
Hector also changes his story twice here: Went from saying “The US State Dept will prove all of you haters wrong.” (I actually took a look through his Twitter and was unable to find this tweet. Anybody care to send a screenshot?) To “I don’t care what the state dept says.” He also said that he spoke to a police department, but now says he only spoke to a detective.

2.5: Hector moved his goalposts.

Thanks, @King of Super Casualized
and thanks, @JJLiautaud.

@FearsReality I can't reply to you directly but if you go through my last six or so posts in this thread I have the archive link and screenshot of Hector saying "last I saw they're now waiting for the US overseas death report update in aug/sept. Looking forward to the inevitable story about how Near knew a day ahead of time that another American nearby was going to commit suicide to explain that one" (the implication being that there would be a death listed on the day Near allegedly killed himself, but that the Farms would attempt to explain it away as the death of someone else. Which didn't happen.)
As said by @King of Super Casualized

3. Hector has NEVER provided a SINGLE hard piece of evidence of Byuu’s death and has only done verbal statements.

Hector has only provided anonymous statements, verbal accusations, and a long manifesto of a French song. That is not conclusive evidence. He also claims to have certificates for his Death, or at least claimed to have one at one point, but he never went through with this.

3.5. NOBODY has provided a SINGLE piece of conclusive evidence that Byuu is dead.

No certificate. No obituary. Not a damn thing. The only things we have gotten are pieces of evidence that Byuu is alive. To be fair, nobody but Hector or Wayne have even come forward with anything, but fuck me. Nobody has proven anything about Byuu’s death.

4. This is not Byuu’s first roundabout with faking his death.

8DE68BE8-2782-4EC3-B39E-ABC811080B04.jpeg
This is a year old incident, HOWEVER, this is not Byuu’s first roundabout with suicide baiting. He has done this in the past, with the only difference being a MAME developer confirmed that he wasn’t dead before anything on this scale happened. Oh, and he didn’t try to pin the blame on Kiwifarms beforehand.

5. You can’t view Near’s Twitter on the way back machine, when he once had a lot more tweets than what you can currently view.

this isn’t really “evidence”, I’ll admit, but it’s rather interesting that his Twitter got blacklisted when I can view shit like Twitter just fine.

6. Byuu’s Japanese was too poor to where he could be a citizen, as said by @discombobulate :

It takes five years and you need to speak okay Japanese. By his own admission he couldn't. Only once you are certain to get citizenship will the US let you renounce US citizenship. If anybody really wants to make sure he's still a citizen they can check the quarterly register: https://www.federalregister.gov/quarterly-publication-of-individuals-who-have-chosen-to-expatriate.
This is just to anyone who’s suggesting “b-but are we sure he was a citizen in Japan!? What if he was in the United States when he died!?” (Which even if he died here, we would’ve found him in seconds, lol)

The United States also generally requires an affirmative act evincing the definite intent to revoke citizenship, doing away with previous laws that allowed people to lose their citizenship accidentally. This usually involves actually showing up in person and going through a formal process. It can't be done online or over the phone. There are other ways of losing citizenship, such as for instance serving in the regular armed forces of another country, running for national office in another country, becoming a citizen of an enemy country (although they would often prefer to prosecute you as a citizen if you commit actual treason). In any event, the choice to renounce citizenship must be unambiguous.

Japan has never formally recognized dual citizenship at all, though for a period they grudgingly tolerated it, although more grudgingly than the United States does, which similarly does not recognize dual citizenship but does not penalize you for it in any way. Recently, though, they've really been charging hard on the issue, and while there aren't patrols sweeping the streets for such people, if they find out you have been secretly a dual national they'll force you to pick one or the other. I'm not sure if this is a long-term policy shift or just a short-term crackdown, but Japan (and Asian countries in general) have generally been more hostile to the concept of dual nationals.

Part of this is the scandal of the case of Tomoya Kawakita, a Japanese/U.S. dual national who went to Japan during World War II and was involved in the abuse of American POWs. When he returned to the U.S. after the war, he was tried and sentenced to death for treason. While this was ultimately commuted to deportation to Japan, it's often cited as part of the reason for hostility to such dual citizens and the conflict of interest it inevitably creates. And of course much of the rest of the hostility is Asian resentment of past colonialism and, more specific to Japan, their general xenophobia.

6.5: somebody won’t stop ddosing us every time we find something related to Byuu.

It’s theorized to be Byuu or Hector themselves, but nothing really supports this (unless somebody can fetch me proof.) however, every time people have gotten close, we continue to get DDOS’d.

other pieces of evidence I am unable to screenshot:

—Hector and Byuu’s tweets. There were pictures of Byuu in Japan and Hector had a tweet saying the US State Dept would prove Byuu’s death for us (This was found, but Byuu’s tweets were not.)
—Mass censorship everywhere except here about Byuu being dead, but this isn’t really evidence and could just be moderators being dumbass of the day.
—Wayne Beckett’s Urn was fake. Actually…

Once again, it was said, and shown in the fake urn (Urns like that are not given when people die), that Byuu died in June 27th. Again, we’re back to the first point: Why the fuck was Byuu not reported if the state Dept reported up to the 28th?

7.5: This tweet from Hector.

Did I forget something kiwis? Reply and LMK. Okay, you apparently can’t reply, so just mention me and LMK.

@Wayne Beckett Can you reply to us for once? I’m sure if you can prove he’s dead, you’d be better than Hector and prove us wrong.

“Hector lied, nobody died.”

The United States won't let you revoke your citizenship until you almost certainly will get another citizenship, and Japan won't let you get a citizenship without speaking Japanese which Byuu by his own admission couldn't speak
Actually I just read that US is one of the few countries that allow you to be stateless if you want so.

The fuck is wrong with these people covering so hard for what has all but proven to be 100% bullshit? What do think they gain?
Because it makes them look bad. It’s easier to deny the evidence and save face than it is to admit that they tried to make a martyr out of a piece of shit who manipulated them to try and take down a website he didn’t like. They also still want the forum taken down and they still desperately want the story of the heroic trans emulator author who didn’t do anything wrong to be true.

@FearsReality (reply is broken)
Also, that person who committed suicide on the 28th was actually found by authorities on the 29th. Someone found the article in a local newspaper a while ago in the thread.
Strange. I can reply to you just fine, must be because my post was long.

noted, but still. If he was found by authorities the SAME DAY, he should’ve been reported.

Just a heads up, apparently the quote/reply button is missing on long posts these days so it's actually impossible to quote you.

But if it's tweets from Hector you're after, then a lot have already been catalogued in this very thread.
e.g. I just found this one again:

"They're incompetent because they don't say what I want them to say." This tweet aged well.

The validity of evidence is entirely subjective in Hector’s eyes. Anything that makes his lie look better = more valid.

It’s tweets from Byuu before he faked his death I’m after now. There were images of him in cafes and in Japan, in general, IIRC. I think there was a statement out there that Byuu showed somebody around a cafe, but that might just be hazy memory.

but anything helps. Thanks.

Are you thinking of the cat cafe? I don't remember if @Wayne Beckett was the one who posted them but for some reason they're in my head. Maybe his social media led to those pics so they'd be around the times he posted?

Turns out we didn't even need to explain how another American nearby was going to commit suicide that day, because Byuu couldn't even be fucked lining up his fake suicide gay-op with a real expat offing themselves.
Man Hector is dumb. We wouldn't need to wait three months after the suicide for it to be updated. Seems like it's off by a month, meaning that it'd already be up there. Except it's not because Byuu didn't kill himself, and some random interview with some Hong Kong data company claiming to employ him doesn't count as confirmation, especially when there's no death certificate or any other record.

Hector's acting like each new nail in the coffin (heh) is the only weird, confusing, and fucked-up part of his claims, instead of another nail in the coffin.
And never mind the babbling autistic faggot can't even keep his lies straight from one tweet to the next.
