Payment processors log info on a level that'd make 3 letter agencies jealous. A lot of its automated as well with bots and stuff. You can find enough info to know who owns the IP address from the VPN to say oh this ip is from nordvpn or whatever with a basic apache / nginx web server no fancy add-ons. It'll show up in the access.log and if you search for it you can find out a VPN provider has the IP.

Paypal probably know exactly whats going on but as long as his tippers pay that 49 cents processing fee they don't care. Add Phil paying extra to immediately withdraw that money to the mix and paypal have themselves a nice little cash cow. I know his supports been dropping lately but still I wouldn't say no to whatever amount paypal earn from Phil alone.

I've had my credit card number stolen in online breaches, and the credit card company actually called me up as a thief was using it in a store, asking me whether to call the cops on them before they could escape. These guys don't play around.

I thought about this, I like when you are going with this but the relationship between money creatures and the Pigroach isn't that complicated because the host in this relationship is retarded.

OIC has one email he talks to Phil in and uses burners for almost everything else, he isn't a dumbass, he is just a faggot.

Phil is too dumb, so OIC just changes the name he wants Phil to read and sends the cash. (Phil will fuck up one day and say OIC)

Your suggestion would break Phil's brain.

Just some dude that watches Phil since 1994, never showed up once in anything, became a member today (or recently) and just pissed $90 like that.

Edit: Not gonna even bother explaining too much, but he received a $4.20 tip from OneWnoName (TROLLED) right before that. Also, this "I don't know how to tip, sorry." was used before.

Oic travels chats to restreams to see when people freak out over his tips to “own trolls” I know that who cares and we laugh at oic cause he’s wasting his money on Phil, but when all of the restream chat start sperging out and going “massive tip! Thanks oic” and chat moves 50 blames per second, it fuels oic’s autism.

Honestly I think you're seriously optimistic. Look at how much money that person spent on DSP per month back then and look at how much he spends now. DSP delayed giving him mod for exactly this reason, to milk him further. I haven't the slightest idea why you'd assume he would ever drop that much again. He's got what he needs. DSP needs a reason to temporarily demote him, so that he feels the need to spend to keep him immunity and social status. I doubt that DSP is that smart and even if he is I doubt the benefactor is smart enough to see it for what it is. They say it's easier to lie to someone than convince them they've been lied to. This is quadruple true for dumbasses who think they're the smartest person in the room. None of these people are going to come around until it's because of external circumstances.

For some banks, as long as you call and tell them a first and last name, they'll immediately add that as a cardholder to your account no questions asked. You could add that cardholder onto a digital/virtual card number into a pay wallet like Apple Pay immediately so you don't have to wait for a physical card. Making a throwaway email and Paypal is easy as fuck. Once they're made, attach it to that virtual card under the fake name, and then the Paypal transaction that Phil sees will be that fake name under that fake email, and nothing else. I don't know how Paypal would even catch wind if you're using VPNs and shit.

EDIT: This is only a theory. I'm not suggesting anyone do this ever for any reason.
