Here is a crazy thought:
If he wants to wear the Nazi hat while playing M. Bison so much, why not just simply do it without any kind of poll?
Just stop being autistic about it and just say at the start of the stream: "If we hit 100$, I'll play Bison with the hat on."
Or even better:
Just put the hat on from the start without any kind of tips goal. You know, just to give something, anything back to the viewers.

Here are all the rants in one video. Phil's been unhinged recently, it just feels like he's losing it mentally.

The rant that Phil did when Snowkarl asked what he and Kat were doing for her birthday was absolutely deranged. A normal person would be happy to respond with basic plans, but Phil reached as if he was asked what colour underwear Kat was going to wear.

Additionally, I assume the reason it's "nobody's business" is because he hasn't got any plans or gifts arranged for her, which doesn't sound much like a mature adult marriage to me.

To piggyback off this comment, (no pun intended), has anyone on this forum ever encountered someone in real life who knows who Dave is? If so, were you able to have a conversation about Dave and his antics? I sometimes feel like we here on this forum can take for granted the conversations we can have with each other even though we don't know each other personally. It's easy here to talk about any amount of info about Dave whether large or small and we instantly get feedback from others who know or have an idea of what we are talking about. A very sobering moment is when you take a step back and try to look at this black hole of autism from a distance and try to make sense of it from someone who doesn't have any idea who Dave is. Like you said, where do you start?

This. No one knows Phil anymore, not since Rambo and Howard.. He likely had no close friends in high school or college given all the stereotypical “wild” stories Phil tells about those times. He interacts with no one outside his home anymore. The closest we’d get is the cashiers at Fred Meyer or someone who served him food stumbling across this thread and caring enough to read it.

One time I showed my brother Phil's retarded "I'm not worried about Covid I'll just take Vitamin D!" rant and had a good laugh about it.
The best way to go about it is to just show people little snippets of the hermit being a hermit. Ultra-specific stuff like the Vest is a no-go.

The only people I've met who know who Phil is are all fans of competitive fighting games and watch those tournaments. But they don't know anything recent really as their knowledge of him comes from his FGC and early youtube days. They'll ask if he's still streaming, if he's still a joke, or comment on him masturbating while on camera.

For a guy with a business degree he sucks at running a business. He could have held an emote competition where the winner could get a shoutout on Twitter. Then hold a special stream for the release of the new emote where the winner can choose the hat and vest he wears that stream if he reaches the goal. Also allow the person choose a game on gamepass to play on a night stream. But naw just insult your fanbase and call their idea stupid. This man has no tact or any PR skills.

Also regarding the hat scam switch. Again no tact and insults his fans and calling them trolls. How about say "Ok guys I want to wear this nazi hat for SF2 so lets take it out of rotation and have you guys vote again, sounds good. Phil you have a financial degree so you have the basics of business with an emphasis on financial stuff. This doesn't make you a business expert. Also the fact your popularity is dogshit cancels out your 13 year experience as a content creator. Look at DrDisRespect or Ninja, they get into controversial stuff but they bounce back like if nothing happened. You get into controversial shit and your reputation is still trash and gets worse everyday. The fact you need to beg EVERYDAY means you are not successful or know how to run a business. And your business is playing games and talking, and somehow you managed to fuck up something pretty simple that children, college drop outs, and the elderly do a better job than you. I dunno, but for some reason I’m getting the vibe that Phil is either the asshole customer who doesn’t say “hello” and just grumbles something when they wish you a nice day.

Or he does the whole hermit thing with avoiding eye contact, and with sweaty palms tries to get the payment/personal interaction over as quickly as possible.

If you met him in a CostCo and loudly yelled: “Oh!
