Uh, she definitely faked most if not all of that. She never got hurt. There was always some soft surface to land on or someone nearby and in a good position to catch her and she always made sure she fell in such a way that they would. She often looked at the camera to make sure she was in frame before she would "faint." She never knocked the camera out of position with a wayward limb.
Did she probably make herself feel like shit by dehydrating herself and not eating right, probably. But not one of the fainting videos she posted looked real. If you've ever watched someone faint they might try to stop themselves but they don't fall beautifully and gracefully to the ground making sure their head landed softly on a pillow.
As for the BP machine, I don't know which kind you're referring to but if it's a pulse ox (the kind that clip to your finger) it is retarded easy to fake those out. You don't have to "hack into" anything. Just wear nail polish, or constrict the bloodflow temporarily, dunk your hand in ice water or hold it over your head. That's how they all do it.
