Uh, she definitely faked most if not all of that. She never got hurt. There was always some soft surface to land on or someone nearby and in a good position to catch her and she always made sure she fell in such a way that they would. She often looked at the camera to make sure she was in frame before she would "faint." She never knocked the camera out of position with a wayward limb.

Did she probably make herself feel like shit by dehydrating herself and not eating right, probably. But not one of the fainting videos she posted looked real. If you've ever watched someone faint they might try to stop themselves but they don't fall beautifully and gracefully to the ground making sure their head landed softly on a pillow.

As for the BP machine, I don't know which kind you're referring to but if it's a pulse ox (the kind that clip to your finger) it is retarded easy to fake those out. You don't have to "hack into" anything. Just wear nail polish, or constrict the bloodflow temporarily, dunk your hand in ice water or hold it over your head. That's how they all do it.

If my memory is correct, in one of her now deleted fainting videos she showed a blood pressure machine, one meant for the wrist. Those tend to be less accurate, yes. But how could she have faked that, I am not saying you are incorrect, am just wondering if it was possible. I did also see the blood drain from her face, some sweat, etc (which was what sort of made the whole thing a mystery), but that also could have been faked. She did have a pulse ox too, though. Which pulse ox results are pretty easy to fake, just look at Dominique Weems.

One off reading doesn't mean she had an actual fainting disorder. It means one time she was able to produce evidence that her blood pressure was low. That's not magic. But yes, also very easy to fake those out. They need to be taken with your arm held exactly at heart level. If you put them above your heart they give a low reading.

From this article in a medical journal about hypertension. I didn't see the video so I don't know if she did this but that is one way to fuck with those devices. Most home devices just aren't accurate and there's always ways to defeat them even if they are. Hell you can fake out a glucometer if you want.

Thank you, she is now at college parties, and carrying car keys in her purse. She might even be driving secretly, she mentioned in a video that she passed her driving test and got a license but "never used it"
That's a $700 hideous purse.

I wonder if it was just for attention and now she realizes that pretending to faint constantly is incompatible with her college party girl aspirations, if she's just on pause until she can take in a new audience at her university, or if there was some pressure from her family to perform that she's now released from.

We don't like to give out specifics on how to fake tests/get fake readings because the munchies read here and will use what we say for their own malingering needs.

Ehhh my opinion on that has changed. I used to try to avoid specifics but the truth is, I have no background in this shit - I'm learning it from them. It's not like I'm a medical doctor who knows from my extensive education and experience. I'm googling shit based on what munchies on social media say, exactly like they are. I had no idea how to fake out one of those wrist cuffs until JUST NOW when I was asked. So I googled "wrist BP cuff inaccurate" and found out they give false highs if you hold them below heart level, from which I could guess that holding them above heart level meant low readings. Then I googled "wrist BP above heart level" and got that journal article. It's not something you need a doctorate to do.

Someone who has one is going to figure it out even faster when they put it on their wrist and realize the number goes down when they lift their arm up.

Whether I come back here with what I dug up is irrelevant to them but important to us. I can't present evidence for how I know someone is faking unless I can say "she's on zofran and IV benadryl, both of which will temporarily slow your gastric motility, and she admit she took both before her test without telling her doctor." Otherwise it's just "trust me bro."

Agreed about giving out info on beating tests etc. They (munchies) are plenty capable of throwing together the right search terms to understand how to beat a test. It is somewhat important to understanding our general disbelief in many of their claims to understand that there are numerous ways to manipulate certain test results. How many munchies have eventually gotten a GP dx after a second try at a gastric emptying test after they've gotten better at googling? We watch them evolve as liars and manipulators and need to be able to explain how they manage to all get the results they get. Will that knowledge be used inappropriately? Probably, but clearly they're figuring it out on their own without our help--we're reverse engineering mostly.

That said, that fainting shit was nonsense. Clearly she's too busy for it at the moment, but if school gets too hard we'll probably get a whole new fainting+ saga.

There's no way Sydney was a child actor who made 500k. She'd definitely have a full blown IMDB. I know that for smaller actors their IMDBs can be hit or miss and usually leave out certain things (unless the actor fills it in themselves), but you'd have at least a few entries to show for half a million dollars worth of work in the industry.

To be perfectly honest, even in the US low profile actors don't make that much money. That's why it's so hard to 'make it' and be an actor as your sole profession, the pay is pretty low and doesn't last job to job. Idk what the rates are today for a child actor in this situation specifically but in the past I know for sure Nickelodeon only paid about $500 an hour for small parts doing voice work on a cartoon (and you'd only work for a few hours).

She's from CA, right? The competition for child actors is intense as fuck there.

And she’s not terribly good looking now, so I can only imagine how ugly she must have been as a child that she could only get a single voice acting part.

I believe that munchies should know and be worried that anyone with a couple of brain cells that might touch occasionally might be able to figure out if they’re faking tests, especially ones as easy faked as BP and pulse ox results. I initially agreed that it wasn’t a good idea to give them ideas on how to fake it but they won’t be able to properly fully fake a test done in real time if it’s being done by a properly trained medical professional. It brings to memory of this girl from many years ago (who looked exceptionally younger than her age) who was faking “hyper POTS” with false BP readings and getting sent a metric shit ton of free stuff from followers because she had “vEDS and could die at any moment” until she eventually got busted. All from fake readings.

But yeah, fuck it, no hospital is going to discharge you with a supine BP reading with a systolic in the mid to low seventies. It’s so terribly easy to fake by just lifting your arm up or even laying on the wrong side while it’s taken (or just put the cuff on a leg and stand up for a high reading) and I think these girls, who are otherwise the picture of health and can hoon around Disney all day in the heat while carting around a service dog and shovelling down whatever food they pass by with no observed effects of postprandial hypotension, should be questioned on some level.

edit for words

@HospiceHomie brought it to my attention that u/coach-genghis from IFGW did a full timeline of Sydney Saylor/Rowen pre-DFE. I kept feeling like I recognized her. She used to be Your.Bendy.E.girl back then. Here's the text. The images were originally posted in imgur albums because of Reddit, but coach has grown a conscience and now wants KF taken off the goddamned internet. Therefore bless @hateful entity for posting the contents of the albums here. Sorry for not doing my due diligence in searching the thread before posting.

She didn't even get that. I was just giving it as an example of how little actors can make (even with a big studio), and why her claims of making 500k are bullshit because of that and her lack of imdb credits. I don't think she's ever worked at all, even things that don't go on imdb like radio and commercial work.

So I've been a bit quiet on Casey (Wheelie Boy does a spin ) and I figured it was time to finish the saga out.
Original timeline and the DFE

Last we left Casey, they claimed that they didn't actually have POTs but just had such severe anemia that it left them wheelchair bound. However that hasn't stopped Casey from still using and filming in their wheelchair.

  • In a munchie first, Casey decided to make themselves the single fugliest jacket I've ever seen that has pockets for Narcan and first aid supplies as well as patches and buttons about their pronouns and identity.
  • Casey has now decided that despite the Canadian government giving them a free place to live, and having willingly left their mum's home that they are homeless and impoverished.
  • They're now a DID system that contains an ageless British archangel named Uriel. They clearly have never met or heard a British person talk based on their fake accent.
  • By reposting their content without their permission we face "fines or jail time for copyright infringement, libel, harassment and other criminal charges"

Part 2 & Part 3

This podcast episode might be interesting. I’ve never listened to them yet but this description caught my eye
“Sick too : faking disabilities for clout”
It’s called Distorted View Daily
the part we'd be interested in starts at 6:00
Mostly focused on DID fakers on tiktok, mentions r/fakedisordercringe
brought up our vaccine injury gorl Dominique at 14:00
bit ends around 19:00

Literally if you google "what illnesses are easiest to fake" you don't have to click around much before you find articles about munchies. Doesn't really take a brain surgeon to figure out the next steps.

I doubt faking clinical testing is all that common though. Likely just a combination of hypermobility, cluster B and anorexia. This can get you into the hEDS/POTS/GP zebraland on its own. Then you have good old-fashioned lying on top of that.
