Didn't this start when people were laughing at Ron for "winning" the lawsuit in a manner that he owed 150K to the Lemonfuhrer and his firm? It's pure cope on their part since none of these fuckers will put their money (or lack thereof since Bankrupt Douchette and his crew of courtroom-shy lawyers aren't making much) where their mouths are. This is of course predicated on there being no reversals in the appeals. If Funimation is reversed they get fucked further.
