Rackets told him he wasn't available this weekend because he's going on a camping trip with the family for the holiday. I have no confirmation that Ralph chimped out about this decision but it would not surprise me. There was nothing in Rackets' tone to determine if it happened or not.

So Ralph has apparently been telling people in e-mails that this is a Killstream-exclusive thing going on in Las Vegas. He's also sent out "reserve your spot in Las Vegas, I know you're gonna' be there!" e-mails to some e-celebs who aren't showing up, and he is purportedly unhappy that people didn't drop their entire lives to show up and help him make a few bucks to pay for his lawyer for the revenge porn case. He apparently threw a hissy fit or two with said e-celebs when they said they couldn't make it.

It’s hilarious. Going to Vegas for Dick is a nothing, it’s can be a spur of the moment trip for anyone in LA. In fact Vegas was built with that in mind - quick weekend trip for anyone in the LA metro to SD region. You could get off work on Friday at 5 pm and be playing black Jack in Vegas by 10 pm.

The Gunt flew from Virginia and spent two weeks waiting around for Dick to show up for a weekend. Like some neglected dog desperately awaiting his master to come through the door, barely notice him, grab a burger and head back out the door.

I was really hoping Gunt and Pantsu were going to get their #trad bonafides and get married so they weren’t living like white trash with a bastard kid on the way. Ralph apparently decided Pantsu can get on the single mom welfare gravy train since he can’t afford to pay for a kid, Medicaid, WIC and HUD can take care of it for him. It’s the Ralph Family tradition. (But tbh even married they will still be poor enough to qualify for evil state socialist programs to pay for Guntling the Sequel.)

And the highlight appears to be having been served in the middle of Caesar's Palace with Faith's domestic violence restraining order. I'm trying to get it confirmed that that was the paperwork he was served with at the moment.

EDIT: Got confirmation it's for the temporary order from Faith herself. I guess she still has to do the whole court route, but it doesn't seem like that should be a problem, given how Ralph ignored it with Matthew Vickers.

So, here is what I'm told (and I'm not providing the e-mail as, right now, there's some information in there I don't think anyone should be privy to).

During the hearing for Faith's parents' restraining order she was informed that the protective order for them would not cover her or Xander. She filed for the DVRO immediately after, which was granted in under thirty minutes on a temporary basis. The original hearing was scheduled for 01 September. The DVRO was to be shipped USPS Express Priority but sat in the Sacramento site for three to four days. because California requires at least five days notice for a hearing to be done they couldn't get the order to him in time, so Faith had to file for an extension and the hearing is now scheduled for 29 September. Without having the order served, however, allowed Ralph to continue to harass both her and Xander. So, her mother and father took a short vacation to Las Vegas to see the sites. The Vickers kept an eye on Ralph's Twitter account in an attempt to legally ascertain where he was in order to arrange the serving.

As Mr. Vickers tells it, they saw Ralph dining with another man at the Trevi Restaurant by the Fountain of the Gods. At the time they didn't have anyone around who could serve Ralph. Then Ralph announced where he would be which was very close to where her parents were. Vicious Vickers found both Ralph and May at the Forum Shops. Ralph was "easily recognizable" because of his FED shirt and a selfie taken previously. So, a random man who had heard Faith's story in an elevator agreed to serve Ralph, and that's what happened.

My problem with this is if Ralph was properly served under the local rules. I'm not sure some random person serving him the papers would count, but Ralph actually tweeting a picture of the paperwork and admitting he was served would probably be good enough for the courts on this.

BehahahahHahah. Ralph took an early trip to try and avoid getting served. Yet he got served in Vegas, probably because he probably thought a fan recognized him and wanted an autograph - and he got served instead.

I swear to god if the process server yelled at Ralph, “hey killstream, big fan!!!” and then slapped him with the restraining order I will never stop laughing. It would easy as fuck to serve him in Vegas thanks to his ego.

For California, yes. However, in Nevada it's different. Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 4.2 states the following:

(a) Serving an Individual: Unless otherwise provided by these rules, sarvice may be made on an individual:
(1) by delivering a copy of the summons and complaint to the individual personally;
(2) by leaving a copy of the summons and complaint at the individual's dwelling or usual place of abode with a persona of suitable age and discretion who currently resides therein and is not an adverse party to the individual being served; or
(3) by delivering a copy of the summons and complaint to an agent authorized by the appointment or by law to receive service of process.

California's DV-200 Proof of Service allows a random person to affect service on your behalf, but when you get to cross-boundary service of process it can become muddled. For the purposes of this it will probably be okay, but "probably be okay" isn't a guarantee, and so I'm voicing my apprehension in the decision, however much I may agree with it.
